I returned a sports bra that was too tight and I got some deodorant on it since it was too small. I also returned a pair of shorts that I tried on once and they claimed they were damaged. They refused to refund my return. It seems like they are doing these frequently looking at reviews and the BBB cases.
Great stuff

Such a good NYC spot- loved the environment and everyone there was super helpful. Got some things for my Girlfriends birthday that she loved!
Lovely, intimate space and pleasant shopping experience and local NYC brand. I needed to exchange an item after leaving town and it was a smooth process.
