My boyfriend and I came in for the first time and the wait wasn’t long at all. The guys were really knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick and we had a great experience! Victor was super cool and helpful. If you’re ever in the area, you should definitely stop here!

I have previously been taken care of by Jamar and LL in this store who both provided an exceptional customer service which was particularly my reason for coming back. In my last purchase, Victor truly went above and beyond to show that he really cared; and I simply did not want that to go unnoticed. Whoever is in charge of staffing in there, absolutely knows whom to hire as all of my experiences there so far had an obvious translation of heart-felt service by a fantastic team, security to sales. I'm proud of them.

“I visited Medithrive after seeing a deal online for an ounce of Indica Moonlight advertised at $27. However, when I arrived, I was informed by the staff that the price had increased to $49 and that the deal was from the previous week. While I understand pricing can change, the way this situation was handled left much to be desired. The employee I spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to honor the advertised price or even meet me halfway. It felt unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I expected better communication and care, especially as a loyal customer. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve future experiences for others.”

This place is such a gem! Then entire staff is very friendly. Nicholas helped me and he was so upbeat and helpful! Parking can be a little tough, but this dispensary is worth it. The products and prices are great. I took advantage of their daily deals. I’ll definitely come back here next time I’m in the city.
