Great experience here got a lot of great stuff I’ve been looking for. Just don’t like that they advertise 20% off on yelp and then make you jump threw a lot of hoops in order to get it. LL IS very helpful and good !!!!

Everyone from the person at the front door to the people doing in-store promos were very helpful and chill. Excellent selection, most higher end/higher price, but their selection of 40$ and under is also excellent. ALSO THEIR ATM HAS ONLY A ONE DOLLAR FEE WHICH IS SO COOL AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

3 years ago a woman sprayed bug spray in my face and another hit me over the head, I was almost paralyzed and suffered a permanent spinal cord injury. My doctor diagnosed me with severe PTSD from the attack. I had several mood swings, which are symptoms of course, but after knowing this, several San Francisco organizations refuse to accept this, and instead talk down to me and blame me for my reaction. There are many nice people here, but the people in this city are obsessed with their own feelings, and can't see past any perceived slight. Grow up Medithrive, the world is more complicated than you realize.

I like this place but when my drivers license expired they would not accept my temporary license were every other dispensary does. and they had an attitude - will just use your passport - don't have one. I would understand if I were not a long time customer. And when I asked if I could speak to owner - the manager smirked and said the owner is never here. I do not know what the problem is but this could have been handled better.

Staff was some of the friendliest I’ve ever met, Nick knocked it out of the park, I genuinely would have sat in there chatting with him for 10 min if there weren’t people waiting to get checked out. Great store, not pretentious, great deals

I stopped by because I was in town for a few days and wanted to see the Bay Area’s dispensaries. I’m really glad I did. I’ve been to a few in LA and this one was by far the nicest one I’ve seen. Great job to the staff and customer service! Thanks so much.

worst online dispensery ordering experience i've ever had, hands down. got a call i missed due to being away from my phone for a few minutes and then an email vaguely describing an issue. instead of a text they said to call before a certain time before the last delivery goes out , i called back before then and waited on time but they didn't pick up. they didn't let me know they had cancelled the order until 45 minutes later when i finally got a call back, and i explained how this experience was frustrating. the guy on the phone blamed me because he called three times, which wasn't true he had called twice, and either way no other dispensary I've ordered from operates this way. no text, no note indicating the order was cancelled. terrible customer service, was not able to make another order in time before other stores closed. i ordered an hour and a half before this store closed, so it's not like i was doing anything crazy in expecting the delivery to have me covered. the guy on the phone just kept arguing with me and i was giving this feedback and being clear that i was giving feedback on the experience, speaking calmly, and wasn't demanding anything at all. i ended up hanging up on him after he just kept repeating himself and not listening

I was referred here by a friend and am certainly not disappointed. I was looking for a place with a range of flower and cartridges. LL was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed- I came in with some vague idea of what I wanted and was offered many different options. Everyone on the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back!

MediThrive is seriously the best spot in all of San Francisco. I’ve checked out a bunch of places over the years, and nothing comes close. Their selection is amazing, whether you’re looking for flower, vapes, edibles, or something new, they always have what I need (and then some). The deals are solid too, like actually worth checking out—not just the usual “discount” gimmicks. The staff is super chill and helpful, never pushy, and they really know what they’re talking about. It’s also in a great location and super easy to swing by if you’re in the city. But the best part? They deliver. Seriously, life-saver. Fast, reliable, and just as good as being there in person. This is my go-to every time, and I always recommend it to friends. MediThrive just gets it right.
