the experience was extremely horrible. I met with one doctor, dr. watt, who was excellent. unfortunately he finished his tenure before my second visit. after the first visit everything was misunderstood misplaced mishandled. dr. watt took the original mold tried to do a root canal found the root had calcified left a portion of my tooth to build a temp around but had to stop because it was after 5 pm. the next visit and next doctor built a temp around the spike left by dr. watt and sent me home to return in two weeks. went back and the doctor who was removing the temp removed the spike dr. watt had left. that doctor put in a make shift spike and brought in the crown. the crown is the size of my two front teeth. the put it in anyway and told me to come back in a week and they would make it permanent. I did not sleep for two nights as the tooth was pushing against the other teeth. I could not even chew pasta. the crown is longer than my two front teeth as well as being too wide. went back today to try and explain this to the doctor. they brought the head of the department in to tell me I had a gap they had to fill with a larger tooth. I explained there had never been a gap my tooth just split two weeks prior to my first visit. she told me she had been a dentist for 30 years and did not need to be told about my teeth. she said I had a gap. I said no ma'am it split right before my visit. she went and got my mold and told me I had a gap and once again I explained about the split. she then told me she was giving me a refund and deleting my information and to go find another dentist...... I've only had these teeth for 65 years and have spent probably 10,000.00 to keep the teeth I have. never ever in my life have I been treated so poorly by any physician or dentist. I am left with a temp tooth that doesn't fit my mouth and an experience no one should ever encounter.

I give 2 stars because the dentist extracted a canine tooth that could have been saved and I was in tremendous pain for 3+ months. The tooth was filled initialy and that's when the pain started and the pain was so painful that they decided to extract the tooth and the pain was unbearable after that. I searched the internet and I found out that there is a nerve very close to the tooth running along the jaw line and I believe that the nerve was damaged. I am not a dentist but that was the only explanation I could find that would cause such tremendous pain lasting 3+ months. Also the dentist was having a very hard time extracting the tooth. But I have to say that all of the staff and the dentist were very nice.

Upon Arrival, There Was A Person Who Help Me Obtain A Parking Ticket What Is Required To Place in Your Windshield, For Free Parking. A Short Walk, To The Lobby, For Checking in. There Were, Two, Check In booths Which Got Me In Quickly. Met With A Good Morning Smile, Great Assistant, Brief instructions On What Floor To ,Go Too N The Right Office. With A Little Paperwork To Complete, Within 30 Minutes I Was In The Dentist Office, X-rayed, Temp Taken , Blood pressure Checked, Exam Begined. They Are Good,I Was highly Impressed With The Knowledge N Skills Of The Students Training There. I Felt Comfortable, At Ease, But Not Looking Forward To My Wisdom Tooth s Being Pulled, OUCH.

Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Covid-19 screening as you enter. Not as polished, and cutting edge as the private hospitals. The basics are covered very well. Experienced a few system glitches when making appointments. Overall. A decent hospital.

Dr. Murry (internist) and his staff were wonderful. He was patient, had already taken notes on my history to ask about when I came in and through in every way. I'll be switching to him as my primary physician after such an amazing experience!

My experience was terrible. I drove 200 miles for the birth of my granddaughter and I could not go upstairs in the hospital. I have had both vaccine shots and still I couldn't go up. Terrible experience, I was told three different things. SMDH
