The doctors, nurses and staff showed that they care about the well being of each person who comes in. It all began at Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Care Clinic. I did not feel like I could safely make the drive so a non emergency ambulance was called. They were the best, and Nashville Metro General/Meharry went above and beyond as well. Every person I dealt with was on point and did their jobs with joy, making me feel more and more comfortable during my visit, paying attention to even the smallest detail. Thank you so much.

I went for my second Covid test. Cars were lined up around the block. Plenty of personnel were on scene to get us through quickly and efficiently. God bless the health care workers. I am very grateful for them.

The are very bad place and shocked to have such experience, my wife went to extract one of her tooth, my wife told me that it was done by student without being attained by Doctor. Doctor was just goes to her room to have a quick look from door and leaves. When we reached our home , and looked at her mouth we found out that they broken another tooth, we go back next day and talked to receptionist, she given us next day appointment without informing doctor, we came back next day doctor said that she can't work and needs 3 weeks for healing, we came today 21th of Nov . At 9 AM and my wife entered and was told that she will get filling and crown which will cost her money. I have talked to like 3 doctors lack of basics of dealing with their clients, they throw me to each other without excuses and arguing on how my wife's tooth looks before extraction. I never hear any apologies from them . And was just justifying that they are not the one who broken that tooth !!!. We had to accept their incomplete solution ( filling only ) as we can't afford crown costs . Sad to see this happens from such a name !!!!!.

The staff is pitiful. Don’t call and expect a call back because they DONT, even if you’re pregnant. The older women are the worst and laziest. All they do is keep transferring you to voice mails and people who won’t answer. They say they will forward your info but either they don’t or the person they’re forwarding it to just don’t care enough to call you back. The only people I spoke to out of several that were helpful were a young lady named Marquisha and Mrs Boyd. Mrs Boyd has been there for years and when the pharmacy can’t get a response about my hbp medication refills or anything else, I’ve always been able to depend on her. They need more dedicated and non lazy staff members there. It’s sad that these are the people they want you to trust with your healthcare. The supervisors should be fired .

I go to the medical clinic on the third floor. I have several Drs. taking care of me. All the staff at the clinic that I go to every month are great. They're smart, considerate and are on top of what's going to be best for me. Of course we all can't forget about Nashville General Hospital... It's a great hospital with some top knotch Drs.

I was super confused trying to find the correct office. I ended up at the dental clinic and after 15 long minutes, from there was sent on a journey to the doctors office. If that doesn't give you an idea of my troubles, I gave myself a 25 minute headstart and ended up 15 minutes late. Anywho, after I finally made it, the registration process was prompt, I was pointed in the direction of the clinic of the doctor i was seeing, by the time I finished my paperwork, i was being called back. The doctor was very easy to talk to and very humorous. All in all, I enjoyed my visit.

I go there all the time. You can have dental procedures done there for a fraction of the cost of going to a dentist. The reason it costs so much less is you are allowing students to do the work. However there is always an actual dentist who supervises to make sure the students don't make mistakes or hurt you etc. I'm thankful for this school. I would have lost a couple of teeth if not for them. Because anywhere else it would cost as much to get a tooth pulled as you can get a root canal here. Thanks guys esp Student Dentist Garcia.

Is 1/2 star available because I am even pushing it with that! My experience on the phone and in person was horrible! I called 3x and left a message expecting them to call me back as the voicemail said but they never did so I took advantage of their walk in hours in hopes they could help me with my EMERGENCY! I was mistaken, everyone was running late and they had to call in employees to fill in for those hat weren't in and we all knew in the lobby, this lady came in on her day off and she better see someone coming in soon to let her go home. As a potential patient, hearing that is unacceptable. I was not greeted for 10 minutes and the lady up front made me feel like a nuisance and then they had the audacity to say they weren't seeing walk in patients due to lack in staff?? I spoke with someone yesterday that said they would take up to 2 patients and to make sure I was there early which I did, and then they didn't even want to bother with my emergency. Thanks for nothing Meharry! I won't be back!

about 8 years ago I utilized Meharry Dental College to extract my teeth and provide dentures. AMAZING FACILITY. Since that time, I have had NO need for adjustment, utilize very little dental adhesive (2 small drops on upper and lower) and have had no issues. GREAT WORK from staff and Students. I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT COULD BE BETTER!!
