Jordan, Phil, and Tim from Mountain Movers were awesome. They loaded and packed my U-Haul pods efficiently and carefully, and had great attitudes the whole time. On top of their professionalism, they were genuinely great guys, which was a huge bonus and made a stressful move way easier. Highly recommend!

We had a very smooth local move with Shemed, Samuel and AJ. They were quick and very impressive at moving our items from our home to a storage unit and tetris-ing it in when I was concerned it wouldn't all fit! They are great guys and it was great to chat and get to know them too. Edit: Our long distance move was hassle-free and I had a great experience working with AJ and Samuel. They are super friendly guys, and they work quickly and efficiently. We had minimal damage on our items, nothing I was concerned about, and they were super careful bringing things into the house. The cost of the move was a bit pricier than others, but worth it. Definitely recommend their team!

Great company and glad I chose Mountain Movers! The crew were professional and friendly, which helped take stress off the moving day. The crew of JC, Angel and Sam somehow packed the truck completely full and made the move all in a day. They’re the best and I appreciate everything they did.

Hired The Mountain Movers Team when they left boxes with their business logo on them at my front door. I thought that was such a sweet touch. Called to ask about a free quote, they showed up and from then on, I knew they were the team to hire. Booking them was so simple. The day of my move Shemed, Javier, and Samuel arrived within the time frame they said they would be there. They made the moving experience great and very stress free!! They were also very careful with all my stuff. Very professional and ready to work!! Never once caught them taking a break or wasting time. They were honest from beginning to end. If you are moving, hire these guys. You won’t regret it! 12/10 yall!!

Sal Shemed I couldn’t be happier with the moving service I received today. From start to finish, the team was absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and effortless. What really stood out was their attention to detail and positive attitude. They took the time to make sure all of my belongings were properly protected and carefully loaded, and nothing was damaged in the process. They were also very respectful of my home and worked quickly without ever making me feel rushed. Mountain movers far exceeded my expectations. The transparency of the cost and timing of the move was on point. The team at pick up and delivery led by JC was excellent. Clear communication, tremendous care with my belongings and super personable. I felt very confident having JC be there from pick up to delivery. Tim at delivery was also a standout. Amazing personality and incredible work ethic. Highly recommend this company.

Mike and Joe were amazing! They took great care of all of our stuff and were so nice! They worked so fast and it was so affordable! Best move ever thanks to them! Only place I will ever use in Austin, by far the best and most affordable!

We had Samuel and Sal out to load our container. They were amazing!! They are truly mountain movers! I had no idea all of our stuff could fit in this container, but they worked their magic and got it all in and just 2 1/2 hours! They were super great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks so much for your hard work guys!

Sam and Ray were amazing! I was so stressed about moving from the second floor to the fifth floor, but they completely took the pressure off. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and went faster than the estimated time. They definitely made it look easy. Thankful for their hard work. 12/10!

We used this firm to move from Austin to another city.. They were hired to pack, move and deliver to a city about 35 miles away. It required about five days offsite storage. On the day of packing, the packers made it very clear that they expected cash tips. The packers were personable and efficient. However, at the end of the process, I gave them a cash tip and it was made very clear that they thought the amount was insufficient. One packer remarked as they left “I’ll never come back here again”. The next day one packer did return along with two new movers. They did a good job packing up our belongings and moved them to storage. This required them to load and offload the truck two extra times at a very expensive price. Each process was billed separately. On the day of delivery, I was told our belongings would be delivered by 1 or 2 in the afternoon. By 3 pm, we were calling the company for an explanation for the delay. We didn’t receive a response. We called again later and we were told that the movers would clll us. At 4:45 pm, we received the call that the movers were stuck in traffic. It was close to 6 pm before the offloading began. The delivery guys were, tired, but efficient and did a good job moving things out of their tracks. Unfortunately, unpacking revealed several broken items and damaged furniture. Including tips with each stage of the process, this move cost us considerably more than the original estimate. We really couldn’t recommend this company for moving, especially if a period of if offsite storage is required.
