Ceaser and Shemed helped me with my move, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better movers. They were incredibly quick, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process, and I was especially impressed by how much they were able to carry up multiple flights of stairs and how quickly they did it. On top of that, they were both friendly and courteous, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Ceaser and Shemed for any moving needs, and I’ll definitely be requesting them again for future moves.

Mountain Movers exceeded expectations in every way. The signup with Rebecca was effortless and thorough. There was no over-quoting. Sal, Jordan and Javier were a fantastic team - organized, enthusiastic, speedy and careful. It was a pleasure to have them handle our personal belongings throughout the move that ended up being shorter than anticipated. We paid for time we used and that was it. Meeting them makes me want to move again. I can't speak highly enough about Mountain.

I was feeling pretty stressed about moving in today, but Mountain Movers made it all happen so quickly and easily! JC and Kyle were incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the process. They even assisted me with some backyard items, even though I had mentioned they weren’t needed. They insisted and helped anyway, which was a big relief. Thanks to both of them!
I hired Mountain Movers for packing and moving services. Phil and Shemed did a fantastic job. They were professional, competent, quick and fun to work with. My move was a little complex because I was only moving about 70% of my stuff and planning to donate the rest. They understood the ask and asked clarifying questions along the way. They even labeled every box with which room it belonged to (I provided labels). I was using PODS to ship my things to a different state and they made sure to stack everything carefully, efficiently and tied everything down with straps to prevent any damage. I ended up paying about $100 less than I was originally quoted, which already beat the quotes I got from other moving services in Austin. Even before the actual move, I was able to text mountain movers with questions and I was promptly responded to by a human, Rebecca (not a bot or AI like some moving companies in Austin). This is what made me pick them over other companies. Thank you, Shemed, Phil and Rebecca for making my move so much easier! I would 100% recommend Mountain Movers for your packing and moving needs.
The arrived early and started right to work. The crew worked quick and hard, explained everything. They were very pleasant and we had great conversations. The packing skills and packing the storage unit for efficiency where incredible
We ended up in a bit of an unexpected situation, but the movers made it so much easier to deal with. They brought a vanity upstairs for us, and after opening it we realized it was the wrong one. They didn’t make a big deal out of it at all. They just carefully carried it back downstairs and even repackaged it nicely. They were really pleasant the whole time, which honestly made a big difference. They even offered to go pick up the correct vanity from the store if it was in stock, which was above and beyond. It wasn’t great having to pay for the full two hours because of the mix up, but that definitely wasn’t on them. They were professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout everything. I would absolutely use them again.
I have used Mountain Movers for 3 moves now. From an upstairs apartment, from a duplex in a coldesac with a garage and from a bottom floor apartment with small doorways. It's always 2 men that were extremely friendly yet still professional. They wrap, bind and pad every peice of furniture, making sure to bag any screws/bolts that go to it. It's never taken more than 5 hours, super reasonable pricing and stuff has always stayed in it's current condition. They're even willing to stop at your storage on the way for a small fee. All in all, I have always been impressed and not stressed 😊 This last go around our movers' names were Shanet and Ray and they did a wonderful job.
Let me tell you about this crew: Shemed, JC, Cesar, and Jorge. Men among boys, Kings amongst princesses, extreme winners and embodying all things excellence. I’ve never seen such professionalism in a moving crew. These guys protected everything, I mean the even wrapped my couch cushions. Legends. I will not use another moving company, and next time I call on them I pray Shemed, JC, Cesar, and Jorge arrive
