Pending dealer transaction on a vehicle since July, no contact whatsoever. If this is their quality of work then it's jarring.
Purchased a Buick from the dynamite duo of el Musico and Harvey. They didn't let us go until they answered every question we had about he vehicle. Harvey took the time to show us all the features in detail. Very happy with the service we received.
Amazing! Their attention to customer service and the needs of their customers both in sales & sevice are top notch. I had my car serviced with them after purchasing it and any issue that came up they handled it with a sense of urgency. I’m happy to say that you guys are doing a great job! Keep up the good work! :)
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! I agreed to pay full asking price on 2014 Porsche but when salesman (Kyle) reached out to sales manager (Danny Assi) he raised asking price and also said he would rather sell it to customer who will finance so he can get the finance kick back from the bank. He also legally sent me an invoice with too many fees: Documentation fee $995 and three others fees adding up to $667 I offered full asking price $119,000 and offered to send bank wire for entire balance. They are unethical and charging more fees that allowable by law. I will also reach out to the Florida Department of Motor vehicles to file complaint against dealership I have been a licensed dealer since 1984 and know the rules. I feel for private party buyers buying from this dealership BEWARE!
It has been a very difficult experience. Too many hours spent to buy a car and most of the sellers were wandering around doing nothing. Fortunately I found too good person to who I wanna give a 5 stars that are Manny and Richard.
I would encourage you all not to deal with Bloomington Porsche, a Murgado Company. I leased a $180,000 Porsche and it has been a series of problems with that dealership. I was provided an agreement to Lease, and after signing it and leaving a substantial deposit (fully non-refundable), they advised that the price would be unacceptable and provided a more expensive revised agreement. I regret that I paid this; and am contacting an attorney. I have been unable to speak with a representative regarding this and over the past 2 days have called repeatedly on another matter (they neglected to give me the info account number to pay my lease payments) so that now with every inquiry, I'm asked for an account number, which I don't have. Please be cautious with this dealership!
I bought a Honda last Saturday at BricKell Honda dealer. It has been an amazing experience. A professional team, funny and committed to the client. All the transaction was smooth, fast and always focused on my personal requests. Manuel was excellent and Juan Cabrera did my day as happy as possible giving me options and making my purchase the best car buying experience ever. 10/01/2025 To the Honorable Board of Professional Standards and Regulatory Authorities: It is with profound concern that I must bring to your attention a serious violation of our nation's laws and values by the Murgado Automotive Group, an incident that strikes at the heart of our cherished principles of fair business practices and legal compliance. On December 31, 2024, I, a twelve-year veteran of the United States Special Operations Forces, purchased a 2025 Buick through this dealership. What transpired thereafter represents an egregious breach of trust and law. On January 1, 2025, I was wrongfully arrested and detained for two days on grand theft auto charges, filed maliciously by a dealership employee who, upon investigation, was discovered to be residing in our country without proper documentation. Further investigation revealed a disturbing pattern: a significant portion of the dealership's workforce appears to be employed in violation of federal immigration laws. This situation not only undermines our nation's sovereignty and employment regulations but also puts law-abiding citizens at risk of such unconscionable incidents as I experienced. The dealership's actions constitute multiple violations: 1. Failure to provide legally required documentation at the time of sale 2. Violation of Automobile Dealer Association regulations 3. Employment of unauthorized workers 4. Filing of false police reports against a legitimate customer As a combat veteran who has proudly served through three wars and continues to manage service-related PTSD, this experience has been particularly traumatic. The very notion that those operating outside our nation's laws could weaponize our justice system against a citizen who has sacrificed for this country is deeply troubling. I am committed to pursuing all available legal remedies to address these violations and ensure accountability. This matter transcends my personal grievance; it speaks to our fundamental values as a nation of laws and the sacred trust between businesses and the communities they serve. Unbelievable, for 33 years in Miami have never experience anything like this. I made an offer for Tesla 3 on $37.5K and Bob Harris, Director of Sale accepted my offer by email. Respond was, I would be there in one hour. On my way there got another email that car was sold. The Moral, the business ethics or anything close to civilized and western value if any left has nothing to do with this place 701 SW 8 Street, Miami Florida. Talked to General Manager who approved each and every deal, just discussing explanation, civilized people has no time for this but they should be at the court for what they are doing. Stay a way, my honest advise.
I dropped off my Jeep for a diagnostic and a week later Alberto, one of their "service advisors," hung up on me when I asked for a diagnostic follow up. He stated in anger, "Call ICE! I don't care, if you don't understand me!" I stated to him he's unprofessional and he didn't like it. Where's my Jeep???👀
