My provider was very knowledgeable regarding my condition. He reviewed several options with me. And together we chose a medical plan that I was comfortable with. We also set a plan for any further medical needs that may occur thank you, Dr. Kneff
He was terribly understaffed.They wanted a urine sample , but he couldn't even find a cup, there was no nurse available to assist him, he was so confused up there. I left with more questions than I started with. And I have asked for a second opinion. I am seriously confused now. And frankly a little scared, all he could tell me was my kidneys.Only working at fifty percent their capabilities, what the heck.
My surgery went very well with doctor Pierre.He's a very good and thorough doctor and and I would recommend anybody to him, because he is very skilled and very qualified to do any work
Victoria is the most outstanding G.I doctor there is. I have had plenty and none of them can compare. She is very thorough and has a wonderful demeanor.
Dr. Pierre is very professional. He has a great sense of humor. He explained my condition to detail. I'm pleased to be under his care.
Awesome time at the OD. Professionalism was at play and I was comfortable the whole time. Had answers and clarity as to my vision issues that gave me utmost confidence.
Everyone there was super nice and helpful!!! The receptionist, the nurse, and my doctor!!! Doctor Nickerson was soo sweet and very approachable. we talked, we laughed, I just felt very comfortable with her! I explained my symptoms to her and she really listened to me! She made me feel at ease, while also being very thorough with any answers and questions i had. She helped me figure out some things that were going on with me, and we came up with some solutions to help start getting me back on track! My experience at the Heart Center inside Nashville General Hospital with Ashely Nickerson was a great one!!!

I walked in and was greeted immediately!! The person at the check in was very helpful and I was seen momentarily. The person who did all the weigh in, temp, and blood pressure was very engaging and such a positive person. The doctor and his nurse were in immediately. No waiting for service at this clinic. The doctor was very engaging and personable putting me right at ease. All the necessary questions were discussed and I had my colonoscopy scheduled quickly. I highly recommend coming here for your necessary medical needs for knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly environment.
