My initial experience at Nashville Health care Center/Nashville General Hospital on Albion st., was horrible. The first Doctor I saw for my mental issues, was unkind, assuming, inconsiderate, did not listen to me at all, and spoke to me with a severe lack of respect. Normally I would have just sought out a new doctor somewhere else and went on about my life. I decided it was about time to advocate for myself. I reached out to the hospital administration for help and to let them know how I was treated. I cannot remember the woman's name I spoke with but she returned my call in that same day. She listened to every word I said, she validated my issues and concerns and was very kind. Assuring me that the situation would be addressed, she would help me to get a different Doctor, and I would here something back by the End of the week. The next Day I received a call from the scheduling Desk and that was the first appointment that I got with Dr. Drummond, who has been a much better Doctor to me. He listens. He gives me the time I need from office visits to medication issues, he responds. He goes above and beyond for me and I am so grateful He is the Doctor taking care of me. I am glad I stood up for myself. The parking is not so great but that's the only thing I dislike. I was heard and helped. Someone actually did something about my issues and corrected the problem immediately. I Am a happy patient!

I didn't have to wait long, and my doctor was so nice and she knew me, even though it had been several years ago that she had seen me. It was great great experience I loved it there I complimented them. They are a keeper!
I'm very sarisfied with the services provided on my Dr's appointment. All the Staff was very efficient and friendly. I met Victoria Gutierrez at te GI clinic She was great, very knowlegable about my health situation.I would definetely recommend her. She took her time to explain everything.

Dr Pierre is one of the three doctors I can say is awesome. Bed side manner office visit any encounter is always pleasant friendly professional knowledgeable and outstanding. A podiatrist who has worked on just about every bone in both feet!! Before surgeries he came to my room and went over everything. Before I left he came to see me and gave exceptional care. When I come he called to check up on me as well. HOW AWESOME IS THAT… top tier highly recommend.
