Update: Bella Montoya is our new rep and she is fantastic! She helps me even with the most simplest request, no matter where she is she will always answer my questions. My company asked me a few months back to find competitive quotes to help us keep our delivery times to our customers while also refraining from increasing the shipping costs. Neon not only provided me way more options than I originally had, they also stay on top of the shipment during transit, update me regarding anything for the shipments, and they directly call the carriers to find any information needed! That saves me a lot of time! The only negative I would say is there is a 3% cc fee for card payments but even then, with how much we save on freight costs it is worth it. Rob S. is my rep and he is an amazing in responding quickly, getting competitive quotes, and constantly communicating with me about everything. Neon definitely offers great and affordable quotes and even then Rob will always try to see what better he can get!
