This company is the standard. They do a great job communicating and are there for you when you need them. Jordan Morgan is my rep and I can reach him at all hours and always get an answer.
Hunter needs to be retrained, zero respect for carriers, very rude of the phone. Zero manners m, just hangs up on you and answers other calls why you’re on the phone with him and pitches the same loads your talking about to other carriers while you can hear him the entire time. I think he needs to be put back in training or maybe do something a little less stressful. Doesn’t seem to be able to handle it
⭐☆☆☆☆ Non-Payment for Completed Load We hauled a freight load for Neon Logistics and completed the service in full. Proof of delivery was provided, and an invoice was issued according to the rate confirmation. Despite multiple payment requests and follow-ups, payment has not been made, and the company continues to refuse to pay without valid justification. This has caused unnecessary delays, wasted time, and financial loss to our business. Communication has been unprofessional, and resolving this issue amicably has not been possible. ⚠️ Carriers — use caution before hauling loads for this company. Based on our experience, we do not recommend working with Neon Logistics due to serious payment issues.
