Worst things with so much higher price. Horrible customer service.
I ran from work to grab a quick accessory and the guard was closing the doors at 7:45PM. A group of other women were also trying to shop but he told us they were closed, with 15 min left. We complained that there was still time and he said he would ask the Manager. After asking he let us in and we were immediately greeted with “we are closing in ten minutes” as if we weren’t already aware of the time. The music was off and all we heard as we shopped in awk silence was the counting of the registers. Sadly I needed to buy something but in any other situation I would have left bc of the lack of consideration from the whole team. Not a single person said a thing or even tried to help knowing that they wanted us out asap-maybe try asking if we were looking for anything. In the end I bought something very reluctantly but rest assured I’ll never shop there again.
Bright and spacious store with the most kind staff! I was looking for a beanie in another colour and they helped me call the 5th Av store and secured it for me. They went above and beyond and made my day! ❤️
The staff were lovely, especially Victoria who pulled all the items I had found online and was incredibly patient as I tried them even as closing neared. Their stock is also 10/10 - many items that were sold out online were available in store. Highly recommend this branch!
Love this place. Their clothes are so gorgeous. I love them. Just wish their prices were affordable especially considering the quality of their clothes is Similar to Zara's and like such.
What kind of store closes it’s fitting rooms a whole hour before the actual closing of the store?! Especially in Downtown NYC where most people don’t finish up working at 4:30. Me and several other customers had dozens items we wanted to try on (and most likely buy a part of it) and we were simply turned away. I guess I’ll never be able to shop here after work then.
