HORRIBLE customer service. Woman who I assumed is the manager with long dark brown hair was rude. I asked for a price adjustment. She noted it is not possible as they don’t honor them. So I asked to do a return as it’s within the 30 day period and purchase the item back at the sale price. Which there is literally nothing wrong with doing as I bought the item 10 days ago and is brand new never used. She first told me to get out of the way as she was helping another customer (which, I was never in her way) then had a rude tone with me the entire rest of our conversation. Then she stated that the new item would be final sale. Which is absurd because all I did is return something (brand new with from 10 days ago) and rebuy it. Why would that be final sale? Literally the worst experience. Lolol. You work in customer service, maybe being slightly customer friendly would be the move. Anyways, hope baby girl gets a full 8 hours of sleep tonight and eats a sandwich so she’s not cranky tomorrow. :)

Yea this blonde employee with a short haircut is one of the rudest, most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. I asked if a shirt I liked was available one size smaller and she suggested I order two sizes up (in essence, calling me fat). She literally spat on me. I think she was high. I felt ashamed to be there. I will never step foot in this store again.

I come to this location once or twice a week in order to get first dibs on new inventory! I love this brand and it's safe to say that 75% of my wardrobe comes from this location and from COS. It's disappointing that I have to write this 2 starred review. There's always this one guy that works there who always looks at me as if he's bothered by my presence. I had 2 pairs of pants that I wanted to try and on and as I approached him in the fitting room... he quickly points towards the fitting rooms. No smile, no real communication. I come out of the fitting room and the guy just looks at me and quickly looks away. I wasn't getting any help so I walked over to the register. The girls also had some sort of attitude and hesitated to offer me help with finding another size. I've spent a lot of money here and most of the girls are familiar with my face. I don't steal, I'm not difficult (I barely talk to anyone) and I always BUY... so why am I getting treated like this. Maybe they all need new jobs. I'd suggest starting all over again in regards to hiring suitable sale associates. No one begged you to work in retail.

Well-made, reasonably priced clothing that is chic and has nice details. There were a lot of things in natural fibers, and not 100% synthetics as has happened with Ann Taylor and largely, to Banana Republic. The styles were very wearable and chic. The sales staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.

Snide, rude, unfriendly, unhelpful staff, contemptuously annoyed @ my questions. Checking out, cashier incorrectly quoted a higher price for item. Had to go back & show correct price, she was unaffected, NO apology. 2 employees followed me around the ENTIRE time. I commented to them & was blatantly ignored- should have left. Shopped there many times. Never again. Absolutely horrific

I should’ve taken a photo of my dress it was 50% off. But that’s not why I really bought it, I had the pleasure of meeting the SA, Stephanie! She was so great! So encouraging! Not to just to me but to another woman who had a baby and was looking for something fun to wear! I have my own issues and when i stepped out of the dressing room with the endearing words from stephanie i felt so much joy! And made the purchase! Usually i purchase online. But i will be coming back to this location. And the girl at the register was so patient and nice! She was also great!

I came across this store during holiday and got amazing jewelry! They also were very kind to ask if I would like gift wrapping even being after christmas.

I actually had excellent experience here, staff was very friendly and helpful, I don't have &other stories in my country so I wanted to try A LOT of clothes, and during the process asked the staff to look up different sizes for me, etc. During the whole process they were lovely, helped me every time with a smile, I really enjoyed my experience and went home with some great new clothes.
