I stopped in and loved the selection. It's fairly priced for the quality, and everyone was so helpful. I was introduced to a new brand, Shana, that i absolutely loved! I highly recommend stopping in this store.
Visiting Ft Worth for business today I have a performance tonite at the arena here and decided to stop in to grab a pair of no show socks. I purchased the 1 pair for $15 Then went around the corner to eat. I tried them on As I sat to eat and realized that they were too small even tho they said 10-11.5 & 11.5 is My show size. I went back the store less than ab hr after purchasing these socks and told the same clerk that unfortunately they don't fit my feet. They then go get the manager who said well we can't return these since they were removed out of the packaging which was simply A cardboard cut out that secured the socks that had to be opened in order to get to the socks. I understand had I came back to this store a day or even a week later but to Know that I had just purchased them an hour earlier is ridiculous and nowhere in the store does it state that about the socks return policy or it should have been stated to me upon purchase. I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THEM I just waisted $16 and I assure you i will never shop at this store again and do not recommend you do either with policies like this They didn't even offer me an exchange. Poor customer service and poor customer policies. Enjoy your new pair of socks Please donate them to the homeless in Texas!!
Great selection of quality men’s and women’s clothing brands conveniently located in Downtown Ft Worth. The customer service was EXCELLENT. Not only did they sell me two casual shirts, they also gave me guidance and wipes to remove the stain on a dress shirt I had not noticed when packing for my trip. Thank you for the great hospitality.
Absolutely stellar location, I can't express how kind and helpful the staff are here. I flew in to Dallas to attend a wedding and left some important dressware back home, I'm a veteran myself and my wife is still on active duty, the shop was understanding that I was short on time and were incredibly accommodating in helping me find and take home what I needed. I just wish I had more time to browse the rest of what they offer, either way I will be back and I highly recommend taking the time to experience this location yourself.
The staff here is the best! They remember us even though we've only been in a few times. They're helpful and genuine. This is a great place for a little glam and country. They have everything from cowboy hats and boots to Kendra Scott. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the other "western" themed stores.
This store is amazing and it smells heavenly! They have great prices on leather apparel and it’s all so soft. They also have a great selection of men’s and women’s brands that you won’t find many other places. The staff creates a friendly and welcoming environment which is special to people traveling from all over the world. We will be back because of how warmly we were treated. Fort Worth’s Sundance Square has a gem with this boutique.
Today, I got a call from Susan telling me about their VIP Sale and making sure I got my email from them. The kindness of the employees here never fails to amaze me! I appreciated her taking the time to call me and really appreciated her getting someone to help me figure out sizing for some boots before I placed my order! So excited to get my goodies in the mail! I was even able to snag some pants for my boyfriend with my order! #supportlocal
Excellent selection we came to Fort Worth from Dallas via TRE for my lady who was celebrating her birthday. The staff was not only friendly but had us laughing as well. Our hats fit in with the selection of exceptional clothing and she fell in love with a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. I know we'll be back because she wants those sunglasses 😎
Came in here for a Scavenger Hunt for a business trip and wow... both the employees and manager were very helpful, nice, and cheerful, and the aesthetic was very soothing and relaxed. There were some great finds and clothing options we saw, and if we had more time outside the scavenger hunt, I'd have purchased a thing or two (or three, haha).
Nice store, cool stuff, great atmosphere inside! Prices seem good.
