This is my go to place when looking for something new, stylist, western, casual and fun! Boots and cool shoes are also found here with beautiful jewelry.The service is very good and they actually wait on you! From Rack to Dressing room . Helping you make good choices and getting the right sizes. My Favorite Jeans are here too! FNJ. French Dressing Jeans! Plus it’s always fun to go Downtown!
Decent selection for the hippy or cowboy. I was excited to see the Johnny Was collection, embroidery and silk is my thing. However, a staff member followed me around, doing nothing but staring at me and it was very uncomfortable. I felt like she thought I was going to steal something and as soon as I took something off the rack for a second look she’d want to take it to the fitting room before I had made a decision. I tried on two things and I noticed as soon as I came up to check out she left someone else at the counter to check me out and had went to the fitting room as if she was making sure I didn’t steal the other item. As much as I look to support small business and the clothing was my style, I won’t be returning here.
I work in the area and have visited this store a few times. They're expensive but its downtown so its to be expected, I guess. They have a wide variety of styles to chose from which is very nice. They even have Charlie One horse hats, which I love. However, a staff member followed me around the entire time during my last visit. It was very uncomfortable. I felt like she thought I was going to steal something, as soon as I picked up anything she’d want to take it to the fitting room for me. She wouldnt let me out of her sight. I tried on a few things, in which she checked on me twice. I was in there maybe 5-7 mins? When I came out she peeked inside the dressing room as if to make sure I didnt leave anything or nothing looked out of the ordinary. It was weird. I didnt like it. As much as I look to support small business, I won’t be returning here.
Really nice store. I got boots, a dress, tops, sunglasses, s bag and jewelry. Everything is beautiful. One of the pieces of jewelry partially fell apart yet that has little to do with the store...will replace tomorrow. I'm very happy with this store overall!
I'm from West Plains, MO and everytime I visit Ft. Worth, I have to visit this store. It's one of my favorite places to shop and the employees are absolutely fabulous. Cindy helped me today, and she was great.
The workers were super nice, and the style is more of a rustic hippy than southern. I was shopping everywhere and went around the corner and they like followed me over there and tried to play it off... but they have good deals on jewelry! THEY HAVE KENDRA!
