If you love coffee this is the place to go. Very friendly staff, their love for coffee is palpable, great selection of beans and some merch!
We chanced upon PDX Coffee Club cos it was on the block of our hotel, and boy were we impressed how tasty the coffee was. It was so good we stopped by two days in a row, and would have stopped by a third day if there were open on Sunday. We had a 2x2 with oat milk, and it was the smoothest and tastiest coffee we have had in a long time. The barista was super-knowledgeable and friendly too, which made the whole experience really great. PDX will be the bar we compare all espresso to for a long time! You are not going to go wrong here. Promise!
I live by Slow Haste, the other best coffee in town and lately there’s been a lot of chatter and hype about this place. To my delight, Portland Coffee Company lives up to its reputation. Also like SH, the baristas are such kind and lovely people. What a treasure this place is, a gem!
Excellent coffee! Their new location is awesome! Spacious and quiet. Owner & Barista is super passionate about coffee and very knowledgeable about all the variety of coffees they offer here. Rotating selection of local and unique coffee roasters. Plus, they have started creating signature drinks which are amazing! The Coffee Soda is delicious and a must try. If you are into amazing expresso and coffee this is a must try.
I’m so happy PDX Coffee Club is back in Downtown! The service is always super kind. I usually stick to just black coffee, but this is the only coffee shop where I can’t resist ordering their signature drinks. The new location has beautiful natural light and plenty of space to sit and chat.
This place is fantastic. Huge selection of whole-bean coffee to take home, with lots of locally roasted options and different flavor profiles to choose from. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely excited to talk coffee, which I really appreciated. I work nearby and will definitely be back to stock up. Love supporting a business that clearly cares about coffee and supporting other local roasters.
They REALLY know their coffee!!! Delicious coffee and uncommon beans. Great pastries and bagels too. Super nice staff, the tone is set by the owner (very knowledgeable and friendly) who is often there behind the counter. Lots of seating both inside and outside. Maybe they could work on their music playlist a little (?), otherwise, one of my favorite coffee spots and certainly the best in this neighborhood!
Wow! In a sea of coffee places in Portland this is a hidden gem! Located upstairs in the cozy Portland Food Hall this is amazing coffee. Only the 2nd place I’ve found that can do a proper flat white in the US. Pastries look great too. Go here…and get some food at one of the vendors downstairs while you’re at it.
Excellent source of coffee knowledge and a fantastic resource. Went on an early Sunday a.m. and had great conversation around PacNW coffee history and coffee options. Will absolutely return and recommend.
