took clothes to sell to them i had to wait almost TWO HOURS for them to decide how much theyll give me . once they told me the amount i was shocked they offered $14 for 5 ae pants in good quality , 3 shirts , 7 ae shorts , and a jacket that i bought a week ago but didnt use . bad service !

Great place to find low priced gently used name brand clothing, workout gear, jackets, shoes and purses! I love bargain shopping and this is so much fun to do.
Love the clothes here, great place to go back to school shopping at if you want to find nice clothes for a low price, not to mention they have shoes here as well, and their staff is very understanding plus willing to hello you at any given moment.
Horrible place to sell. I just tried to sell actual name brand stuff while they are selling SHEIN clothing and Walmart brand clothes for almost full price and they told me my clothes had too much ware and tear. Most of the stuff I only worse twice maybe… and most of my stuff was from places like forever 21. They really are like the game stop for clothes.
If it's older than a year don't bring it to sell. If it's a high fashion name brand you'll get your feelings hurt by what they offer to pay you for it. $80 dollar Vince Camuto shoes and they wanted to give me $6 for them.
Brought almost new prom dress, golf dress with tags and nice blazers and two other formal dresses. Was told we only cater to junior high styles .
Tried to sell clothes to them, waited an hour just to get called and ACCUSED of stealing? Apparently when I dropped off my clothes at a previous Plato’s, staff misplaced a piece of clothing and was left behind in my bin. I don’t look through this bin since it’s clothes I don’t use or care for. Mind you this piece of clothing, was not my size not my taste and if being accused why would I steal a shirt and try to sell it back to the same store with the tags and security tag on it? Before accusing maybe try to hear your customer out first? Not once did I look suspicious or even went to a dressing room. Ridiculous and apparently I am now flagged in all the locations. A joke ! Check y’all’s cameras and you’ll see who made the mistake.
Waited three hours for them to tell me they couldn’t take any of my stuff. A whole bag full of shirts, sweaters, clothes, bags. I know the things I had were in good condition and “in style” too. I already know when I go in there again they’ll have my stuff hanging up.
Probably the best selection of clothing and accessory items of all of the PC locations in San Antonio, as well as having the nicest store inside. Staff is friendly (unlike the North Star area location) and out of all the Plato's Closet locations, this one gives you the feel of actually shopping in a department store buying new items as opposed to feeling like you're shopping in a used-item store like Goodwill.
