Friendly and helpful employees everywhere. The cloths are in good shape and fashionable. Make sure to avoid this place on a weekend.
I went with brand new t-shirts and they offered me $2.50 per shirt. I paid $20 for each t-shirt and I had a phone bag 🎒 Nike brand still had price tag for $30 and offered me less then $4. By the way the girl that I talked to was rude and disrespectful, she practically threw my stuff at me and she got mad. I was very angry at her and for the ridiculous offer she offered. Never again. Don't sell your stuff here ever.
As a customer, this is the best Plato's that I have been to in San Antonio. They have the best selection hand's down. As a former employee, I'd have to say, this location is a big fat fail on that end. There is absolutely no Full Time and they start at the bare minimum of wages even if you have more than enough experience. Most of the employees are rude, and don't really care about the job or the customers. As a very sincere Customer Service Representative in the retail industry, I would have to say that this Plato's Closet location is not one to look into if you are serious about your role as a retail employee.
Very helpful and lovely staff! I felt very welcomed by all the ladies working when I went in! I made a huge purchase so I tried on a lot of items and I accidentally left one item in the fitting room that I wanted to purchase. They were so helpful in locating the item for me (luckily it hadn’t been purchased yet) so I could quickly return to purchase it! This location is also very organized and stocked!
This was a clean, well-kept store with primarily women's clothing. There were open dressing rooms that were also well maintained. I wouldn't suggest this store for business attire, which is what I went in looking for. This tends to be casual/teen clothing. I did find one pair of pants, which was nice. They also have a fair selection of smaller sized pants, which can definitely be harder to find.

Love love love it here!! The staff are very friendly and polite! Great pieces to choose from plus accessories shoes and practically brand new fitness apparel!! Plus they offer fair money for your used or unwanted clothes! Will definitely be coming back here in the near future!
Extremely slow check out. Two girls ( one with a bow in her hair and another with an eye brow piecing) sat there yawning not even trying to help anyone while we waited in line for at least 10 min. They made no attempt to help anyone .
I used to love going to this place for great deals, but I’ve noticed that they’re prices keep going up to the point where I started shopping at the mall again only to realize this is the second time I found the exact same thing brand new for much less or even same price at original store. Will not be going back nor will I ever recommend to anyone anymore!
Rudest Plato's Closet i've ever been to. The girl with purple/pink hair has no business interacting with customers. I will tell you one thing, I will never step foot in this Plato's Closet again due to your horrendous customer service. Be better.
