My elderly mother brought her 2021 Nissan Sentra in for air conditioning issues, being that is has been over 90 degrees lately. They took a large amount of money from my mom, told her the car was fixed and sent her home. For her to still have the same issue and had a heat stroke. Not only did you take her money, the problem was not fixed at all. Hundreds of dollars later we had to take it a mechanic to get it fixed properly!!! You all should be shamed of yourself getting over on the elderly like that. It’s always new mechanics who clearly aren’t doing a good job. This is super inconvenient. Yes we have receipts for the job that was not completed and receipts from the mechanic that actually took the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Would not ever come back to this place or recommend to anyone

Precision turned a very stressful start to my day into an easy fix. I cannot thank them enough. I had to get my car towed to them and they were able to diagnose the problem almost immediately and got the parts to fix it before the day even ended. Then when I wasn’t going to make it by the time they closed , they stayed a few minutes extra to make sure I got my car the same day. I’ve been to my fair share of auto shops but precision takes the cake. With price and customer service i will always recommend them!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this Shop. My Wife and her family have gone to them for years. Finally, I needed my brakes replaced and went to this shop. Their service was far better than any of the big name shops I had previously been to. Even though I went in for a simple replacement on brakes and rotors, the noticed my engine light was on and offered to fix it. Quoted me a price and again, fraction of what the dealership or commercial shops quoted. All in all, I am not going back to franchise shops anymore. I will exclusively go to this store. Thank you guys for the service and lifting the burden of the engine repair off of me.

Lost my longtime mechanic, ended up here. Joseph and his wife are amazing. Honest, fair, helpful and friendly! They treat you like family. If you're looking for a new mechanic, you've landed in the right hands.

We've been going to Precision Automotive for at least 5 years. Joe & Anni (the owners) have taken great care of our Tahoe and Lexus RX 300. They recently fixed some issues with the RX 300 and my wife could not be happier with her "like new" car. Thank you!

Originally we took our 2002 Thunderbird into the dealership and they gave us an out rages price and we knew that we could find somebody that was more professional and reasonable. After a little research I decided to call Percision Automotive and I was so pleased I did. Great customer service, honest analysis and diagnosis, and they explained everything to me before they worked on it. Also when the repair was finished I was able to witness and see the products that were replaced. I cannot stress enough how important it is for me as a consumer to find a business that cares about their reputation and works with integrity. Precision Automotive’s Joe is both an extremely intelligent person and knows everything about auto repair. I would easily recommend this shop for anybody who wants quality work performed on their vehicle

We have been going to Precision Automotive for nearly 10 years now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The people there are honest and aren’t looking to swindle their customers. They don’t up charge for services and parts like dealerships and many other mechanics do. They do their best to fit you in as soon as they can so you can get back on the road. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Great shop who is well rounded and has saved my car and my wallet, highly recommend.
