I would highly recommend this auto repair shop. I have had to use them twice in the past couple months (replaced brackes & then for an unexpected coolant leak). I think Joe & Anni are very trustworthy & affordable, hard to find that kind of service these days.
We were driving back from Orlando to Toronto when we noticed the ABS light came on & a loud sound from the wheels when switching lanes & when turning. Since it was night time, my son drove slowly & carefully till we reached Charlotte, NC. The next morning, I scouted for auto repair shop & based on the reviews, I called Precision Automotive Services. Joseph was accommodating when I mentioned it was urgent because of the long drive home. He patiently listened to me describe the issue & asked a few question. He pulled one car from the bay & move our truck in. He explained clearly the cause of the wheel problem. His wife, Annie, ordered the part & she went to pick it up as well. The truck was fixed 2.5 hrs earlier than estimated. Incredible couple; very kind, very helpful, very understanding of my urgent need & very professional in their dealings with me. And I thank God for bringing me to their shop for the repair of our truck.
