Thrilled to have been recommended to and have used Prestige for care after my recent surgery! I flew up alone from Florida having made connection by phone. My wonderful nurse was curbside at the airport; took me to do errands for last minute items; and delivered me to my hotel. This wasn’t my first rodeo with traveling for surgery; but my immediate first impression was how professional and conscientious my nurse was; even down to her vehicle. (I’d had a “caregiver” with zero training once in a hay filled pickup truck!) She arrived to pick me up towards the end of my surgery so she could learn just what was done and needed. Carefully got me back to my hotel; where she pulled out her Mary Poppins bag of supplies. Nurse Harper and Nurse Kourtnee spent the night awake checking on me continually; tending dressings, administering meds, getting me food and drinks; helping me to the bathroom. Anything I needed she magically had; right down to Benadryl for itching. This company does it right! My nurse proactively requested they leave my IV in for fluids should my BP get low; and had a bag ready to hang. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, pleasant; they took me for post op and back to the airport. I feel as if I made new friends and would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance. I have two more surgeries and actually look forward to seeing these two ladies again; such a personal, VIP type experience with all the security of being in a hospital. Thank you, Prestige, for being passionate about giving good care!

I can't say enough good things about Nurse Harper and her team. Everyone took care of mean not just like a patient but like a caring family member. I had a wonderful team member drive me to and from my doctor, helped me when my wraps were falling off and making sure I got on the plane safley. They took such great care of me, I am so grateful. Even before meeting Nurse Harper would call to make sure I had everything I needed, made sure doctors took good care of me as well as given me extra supplies to take home. They really care for you at Prestige Concierge Nursing, you will be in great hands with them.
