Nurse Harper is the very essence of what it means to be a nurse. Kind, caring and attentive. When my ride to a surgical procedure fell through, Nurse Harper came to the rescue. When I was in the recovery room one of the first voices I heard was Nurse Harper. Her voice was kind and reassuring. Nurse Harper then drove me home and got me all set with my medications and supplies. She stayed with me in my home until I was comfortable and safe. She has also checked in on me to see how I was feeling on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Nurse Harper.

I am so ever grateful for the Nurses at Prestige. They really did cater to my needs before and after surgery. My first night post op was difficult and Nurse Harper was a wonderful advocate and acted in my best interest. All 3 nurses were so kind, attentive, polite. Anything I needed or wanted was dealt within a timely matter. I was escorted to and from the airport, to Doctor appointments, follow up appointments, to the pharmacy, food store, restaurant requests. These ladies are true gems. I will definitely use Prestige Concierge Nursing in the future. I highly recommend this company, two thumbs up!👍👍❤️
Nurse Talacquea Harper was a great post-op care taker. She was very detailed in the follow up care, called the nurses to ensure she had all instructions outlined, and medications scheduled. She did a thorough review of all notes prior to the surgery date, called in the days leading up to the surgery to go over care, was an around-the-clock care giver, and even followed up in the week following the procedure to check on me and make sure everything was healing. I would recommend the patient have their own set of notes from the doctor to review and read through all after care notes to ensure you are aware of your own care (not given a straw, no high sodium food, ice packs aren't placed directly on skin, etc.). Being prepared will help the nurses give the best care. She made it a point to make sure I was comfortable and all of my relatives and friends were aware of my health state. She stayed with me for 1 night the day of surgery and brought me to my follow up care appointment. I had a 1BR which made it difficult given lack of space and navigating pet care, but was handled as best as possible.
Hands down the absolute best service around! I traveled 3 hours to Nashville for a procedure and needed help getting back to my hotel from surgery. I was referred to Prestige by the clinic and decided to try them out. Absolutely the best decision! She was on time, very friendly, stayed with me throughout the entire procedure, walked me to my room, and made sure I was tucked in and had everything I needed before she left. I received multiple follow up messages checking on me even after her service was “done”. She even followed up the next day to check on me. Hands down the best experience! I highly recommend Prestige Concierge Nursing. I will be calling her again next time I’m in Nashville!
