Took auto bill out after I said several times I needed my bill date pushed back..too expensive and they lie to you.
Terrible, from 6pm till 11pm I wait for road assistance (towing), area I wait wasn’t safe, lady with who I spoke hang up, she was telling me 30 more minutes every time!

Excellent but little slow
urrently working with PRogressive adjuster. They have been wanted to total the car from the beginning even before receiving the vehicle, once received the vehicle, they ran an estimate with obvious total mentioned on it with $0 repair...because they did not want to do any proper inspection. I would not suggest progressive, all the mechanic in Chicago will tell you the same since they total most of the cars in order to get more money.
I have not heard back from claims in over 15 days about a simple parked car no fault incident. I have left voicemails, messages, and submitted everything in a timely manner. Avoid Progressive at all costs. The company is understaffed and on the verge of imploding — check Reddit for employee expediences. I had GEICO before this with no issues.
Will not recommend or renew. I was an in an accident almost 2 months ago, made the claim from the scene of the accident. I had one follow up call a day or two after and never heard from anyone again. The person assigned to my case , Javon, never answers or returns calls. I finally got a hold of someone today who told me that since the other drive was at fault and is insured I should call them to set up repairs. never had a company care less. I won't be renewing. Update: after calling the other driver's insurance company it turns out that they were uninsured at the time of the accident. One phone call. Why wasn't Progressive able to do that? It's been over 2 months since the accident.
