I am traveling for work seen this place on internet had them do a fluid and filters change it must of been past time for that because transmission did not work this good when i bought the truck I would definitely use them again great place

We went first to Tom Nehl Jacksonville South, to get our new motorhome checked because of a problem with our Allison transmission. We were rapidely put in contact with Progressive Power Products who sent a guy to verify everything. I don’t remember his name but he was very professionnal, has a good courtesy and great competences. He also cared about us! We were very pleased about the service we got.

Super guys. A great company to work with. I can say that Larry is as honest as they come. Would recommend him to anyone, especially with an Allison in a bus.

We took our 1991 contessa beaver there for repair. They made the effert to do additional research, got the correct part and fixed it 👍 All while being very kind and communicated with us and actually took time to personally show my husband what to do. Highly recommend these folks!!!

Took an Allison Transmission to get rebuilt on 01/2020 Put the transmission back in the DT 4666 and drove it and it made it two days then it stopped shifting then got a phone call from the guy that owns the truck and he said it stopped pulling forward but had reverse,So I contacted Larry the owner to let him know what the man said about the truck he said that it couldn't be his Transmission because they Dino tested it. So Larry came to our shop helped pull transmission back out of truck and took back to his shop in Jax. Then brought transmission back and said he had to replace the whole transmission because of the Dino test.So we installed the transmission back in the truck it drove 6 miles and failed again. So we took the transmission back out we went back through the transmission and found that he didn't change any of the electronics other than manifold pressure he claims he tested the rest of the electronics and said they tested good,so he brought transmission back and we were told he would help put transmission back in but instead brought it and left. We installed the transmission and it works. I contacted Larry to let him know that replacing the electronics everything was good on the transmission and asked if he could inverse us money back on the electronics and the tow bill he refused. Will never do business with this company again......

Larry is the best. I was parked at a campground in St. Augustine I started the engine to leave and saw a “Transmission Fail” message on the dashboard. This was a first, and someone in Orlando recommended I call Progressive. I forgot how long Larry spent talking with me on the phone running diagnostics to figure out what was wrong. While on the phone we were able to make the code go away by unplugging the DEF tank reservoir gauge. I got the MH to Freightliner the next day and they found a frayed wired that cause the “Failed” message. Kudos to Larry and his willingness to work with a full-time traveler to solve a wacky problem. His customer commitment felt like small town neighbors helping neighbors.

Was a great experience. They were very professional and have exceptional customer service. They did a transmission service on our 2015 diesel pusher with allison transmission . Highly recommend for service. Larry was very nice and was the tech whom serviced our rig. Our new go-to shop for transmission service for our motorhome!!

PPP came out and caged the brake on my coach. I didn’t have a caging tool (7” long 15/16” socket). It was an emergency, but it was EXPENSIVE… I understand the price and inflation reflected the labor rates. For an Allison dealer to come through in an emergency… impressive!!!

Larry, Carrie and crew are great people providing great service. We were first-time customers whose RV suddenly broke down many miles from home and received the most reassuring help we could have hoped for. Diagnosis was fast. Unfortunately in these times of shortage, parts are a bit of a problem (finding Arens shift-by-wire modules/actuators) but communication is almost immediate every step of the way and customer service second to none in our opinion. Highly recommend for Allison work.
