PSE did a great job of restoring power after about an hour.
ZERO STARS 🚫 PSE lies & have now changed the "restoration time" to TOMORROW NIGHT 😡 OR MONDAY MORNING originally it said Saturday at 8p then updated to Saturday at 12p AND THEY ARE CRUEL FOR THIS: THE POWER WAS TURNED ON THURSDAY NIGHT BUT THEN THEY ARROGANTLY TURNED IT RIGHT BACK OFF AGAIN 10 MINUTES LATER??????? Literally SO EVIL 💢 THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR ALL THE ELDERLY PEOPLE STUCK IN HOMES WITH NO HEAT & CANNOT DRIVE TO "WARMING SHELTERS" BECAUSE THE GARAGE IS UNABLE TO OPEN WITH NO POWER & DUE TO DISABILITIES CANNOT MANUALLY BE OPENED!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS THE ABILITY TO EVEN HAVE A GENERATOR. One of my employees struck a gas line and the pse technician came out screaming, flopping his arms and practically foaming at the mouth that he actually had to do his job repairing a line then threatened my foreman with a PERSONAL $10,000 fine. I'm the owner. Any fine is mine. These idiots are egregiously unprofessional and under trained.
Absolutely despicable company and service. These reviews don't matter because if you are stuck with PSE you have no choice because they have a monopoly and know it. Absolute robbery and constant harassment, outages often and their communication is the worst I've seen in any industry or business. I cannot warn you about this horrible company enough.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ JAMIE – PUGET SOUND ENERGY ADVISOR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jamie at Puget Sound Energy. She truly went above and beyond to help me understand my options with the PSE rebate program. Jamie was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She made me feel heard, valued, and important throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions with genuine care. What meant the most was that Jamie helped advocate on my behalf—she assisted in getting my situation in front of the project manager to see if an exception could be made for our unsafe insulation issues. That gave me real hope. Because of her, I now feel like I have an opportunity and don’t have to give up. We are not in a position to pay out-of-pocket, so programs like this truly make a life-changing difference for my family—improving our health, lowering our energy bills, and helping us move forward. Jamie is an absolute blessing. She gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation, and that is something I will never forget. Code book standards are not always included. Had a splice that was 6 inches from the port in a disconnect panel. Was told to dig so they could resplice in the ground. What difference does it make whether the splice occurs in the ground or in the disconnect panel. Update your codebook! We decided to just lower the panel but had to redo all the conduits.
Absolutely the worst. Outages are constant in Auburn and Kent, takes hours for power to be back and have the nerve to charge high rates. We need to do something about this and employ better leadership that actually know how to handle power for thousands of people.
I don’t know what i’m paying for when my power still manages to go out so often and their infrastructure can’t handle normal weather events
Spent hours on the phone trying to get like $40 off my account. They told me it was good after a couple months. Well now I have the debt collection agency contacting me over $40 dang dollars. You guys are evil
I have multiple business through out washington and Kent 98030 has most outage ever... I owned this shop since June of this Year and I already experienced numerous outage in this area.
