Great grocery store with wide variety. Came here often and never had any issues. Free parking garage was great when doing a big shop but also loved the ability to run in for a few items and be out fast. Many self check outs with a few traditional registers. Prices are a little higher for being in the city but that’s to be expected. Staff was always friendly even though sometimes homeless and shoplifters would wander in. Security is always on site so always felt safe.
There is a rat infestation in the parking garage right near the entrance. Do not grab a shopping cart from the garage. There were about 5 rats on the trash can next to the entrance and some were even scaling the wall. They don’t seem to be doing anything about the infestation and it makes me question how sanitary the grocery store is. I would not recommend shopping here.

Lady in the alcohol check out is always rude, takes a really long time, and then she starts throwing your things around as she's scanning them and putting hundreds of "Paid" stickers on. If you speak up or say anything, she always threatens to kick you out. Do better. Only QFC I've ever been to that I get treated like that time and time again. If you want more respect and customer service go up Mercer to Metropolitan market or Safeway.
I love to go to Qfc and buy their deliciously scrumptious bakery goods! Most of all, the cakes. The cakes are absolute favorites of mine. Chocolate, my favorite! Everything in Qtf is truly a quality food. Their fruits and vegetables are perfect and tasty. Their meats are superb. The frozen foods are fabulous. This location is within walking distance for me. It also accommodates wheel chairs there with ramps outside and elevators inside, and it is rght on the busline. It's near to the space needle. BONUS is a Kroger retailer, too! Qfc is my favorite store. ❤️ Love it!
Hello there. This store is pretty comprehensive. We bought a carrot, and banana, and cold medicine. Security guy was nice and there are good places for hiding here. Part of us still hiding here to this day. Thank you?
Been coming here for years since I moved into the neighborhood and the downhill trajectory is just disappointing. With so many essentials locked up, you would think the associates would be ok with folks asking for help instead of being so angry about it. Being treated like a possible thief is one thing - being treated like I'm stupid bc I have a disability and asked for help grabbing some locked up deodorant is another. Can't even make a quick grocery run on a Sunday in peace anymore smh
Their overly aggressive security should not be allowed to carry guns. very scary environment at this store and I frequently drive to the Safeway up the hill even though I live 2 blocks from here
Got a good deal on a whole sockeye. But when I got home I found they hadn't cleaned or fileted it at all! I've never seen that before, and I've been buying fish a long time. I'm not set up to clean or filet a whole fish at home. I had to take the family out to eat at the last minute. Maybe the guy at the meat counter was just messing with me? But it was expensive, even on sale. Watch out if you shop here!
