Poor service and lack of respect. The security guard disrespects everyone and doesn't treat truck drivers well. The forklift driver was extremely slow; I only had two boxes and he made me wait 3 hours to unload them.

if you here 1st time - this place is joke. the girl at the booth 2nd gate - big bos, you have to park on the street even nobody. she is play in the phone with friends, but you nothing for her. Les then 1 min checking .2nd checking in Receiving office close to dock 1. if you have accent you Wii be asking - do you understand or speak any English?😂😂😂 you have to fill up simple form. unloading very fast les then 30 min. now at the gate have to go but closed - nobody, probably big boss gone some where.🤷🏻20 min wait the gate to go out. Checkin 30 min Unloading 30 min Closed gate forever 🤦🏻

They don't work by appointment. Sometimes it takes up to 7 hours to get in the dock. The Driver has to park the truck on the street which is packed sometimes all the way and walk from far to the entrance to check in. The driver cannot stay in the truck while in process. The drivers must to sit on chairs close to each other and listen to the wild noises, screams and foul language from behind the cage. No restroom close. Driver super-not friendly place. 01/03/2024 The record was broken 10+ hours

The negative reviews are true. The broker advised this facility is problematic & always has issues when he sends drivers here. Mines started with the guard shack, It’s ran by females. As a woman myself Honestly in my 4 years of trucking they are thee most incompetent group of women I have ever came across. The people inside the facility were telling me to come in with my truck but the guard shack insisted that I wait outside the gate. The broker insisted that I walk back and demand to be let in. That was futile and the shack didn’t wanna hear it. When I attempted to overstep them and speak to someone inside to see if I can be let in, the shack grinch deemed that as trespassing & threaten to reject my load if I didn’t leave the property. A heated argument erupted and exchange of ungodly words ensued between me & the shack stooges (it was 3 of them). The oompa loompah advise me the people on the inside advise me incorrectly and go back to my truck & await a call. I ended up losing out on being loaded & the Broker was pissed. What’s funny is they were refusing to let me in meanwhile the people on the inside was trying to figure out where I was to load me, they couldn’t wait no more and went home 🥴. Goodluck to anyone who comes here, you’re gonna need it 😩.

Place is not bad but they give a driver a dock except for local driver they arrive and take any dock they want so by the time you make it to the dock you will see a local driver backing in into your dock .that's need to be more organized.

I arrived as a driver for a delivery at the company. I parked and waited since last night to be the first in line and complete my appointment scheduled for 5:30 AM. After greeting the driver behind me, the worker at the gate told me that I would have to let him and all other trucks that arrived after me go first. I explained that I had an appointment and that a worker from the previous shift had instructed me last night to wait in line until morning. She did not like my response and told me that I would not be unloaded today. I then informed her that I would call the broker, and upon hearing this, she began yelling and threatening to call the police, accusing me of trespassing on private property. In the end, I went to the warehouse of the shipper and unloaded there.

Reviews are true! Place is soooooo slow!!! Arrived at 7:45am. Was 4 trucks parked in the street. Got checked in. Didn’t get called to door tell 2pm. Once in door you have to wait in the bird cage while unloading. There u will notice why they take so long. Everyone standing around cracking jokes and playing on their phones instead of working. 3hrs later after sitting in the bird cage I was finally unloaded at 5pm!!!

Waiting 6 hours and still haven't unloaded 6 pallets.. this place is for clowns Update* 24 hours later still here. The idiot at the security gate doesn't hold your spot in line once the day is done. Must check in again in the morning for a new spot in line. 30+ trucks infront of me for 2nd day waiting to unload

On 05/21/26, I arrived at security to check in for my delivery, only to encounter an unprofessional attitude from an Afro-American employee when I asked a few questions. After 25 years of driving, I refuse to tolerate disrespect from anyone. It’s clear this company needs to address inappropriate behavior. For her, it seemed like her phone took priority over treating drivers with professionalism and respect. However, today, 05/22/26, the security staff was much more pleasant and made the check-in process a breeze. It’s eye-opening to realize that some individuals think they have the authority to deny a delivery! 🤣🤣🤣
