I just called and they were patient and helpful. I asked them to do a price check on some crutches and they did it right away.
RUDE service.....Just called to ask if they carry an specific item. The man who answered "no we don't" quickly hung up the phone. I wanted to ask other questions but couldn't.
Beware..they do not accept insurance. Woman on the phone became rude as soon as I mentioned going through insurance and stated, "we are very busy. Do you want to buy or not..."
Rude on the phone. Hi, I'm looking for this specific spray, do you carry that? We carry some sprays, I don't know what kind. OK, is there someone there who does know? No. OK, thanks. BYE!
I was looking for a pair of compression knee high socks for my big calves to fit into. Once they finished measuring my calves, they offered a couple pairs of compression socks from the high price point to the mid range level. I ended up getting 2 pairs of the mid range compression socks. The old lady from the store advised me to start wearing them at home just so I can get use to them before I use them for work. I found them very helpful.
I came in urgently needing a walking boot for a sprained ankle. I was in obvious pain and asked to try the boot on before buying. When it didn’t feel right and I hesitated, the employee started yelling at my wife and me, accusing us of just using them for sizing. Even after I asked her to stop, she kept yelling. I left in tears and still in pain. Thankfully, another nearby store helped us quickly and kindly. Please avoid this place at all costs unless you’re okay with being yelled at at.
it's all true. you couldn't believe it til you see it. item i needed was incredibly over priced. as i examined it, i see it's slightly broken as well. very rude customer service.

I was trying to ask some questions and the lady who answered the phone was not very helpful to answer, she’s very rude. She said to come to the store and check it yourself. I just want to know before I make a trip to the store and she hang up. Very Rude!!!
Tried to ask some questions over the phone and the woman who answered refused to help saying “just come in and look for yourself”. That’s a little hard with a broken foot. I want to support local businesses, but not when they are this rude. I’m just going to buy what I need off Amazon this time.
