Always a pleasant experience when I come here! The staff are very quick to help and even take the time to come out and assist with loading my items into the car if I’m parked a bit further. They have everything you need here if you’re in the medical field or need items for elderly care. Will definitely be back

***WARNING - DO NOT SHOP HERE*** Would prefer to give this store 0/5 stars. Charged me for a Scrub top twice, when I rang back to get a refund they hung up on me twice and said they were too busy! Have never experienced such disgusting customer service, would strongly recommend to everyone to avoid this shop!

The worst customer service I have ever experience in my life! Purchase to medical pants that did not fit they were huge, I was going to get them tailored but and I changed my mind. When I arrived I did not have a receipt but I called and she said I can have store credit. That was a lie she kept insisting that I ward the merchandise which I didn’t because they were extremely big. Left them there for somebody to used lost my money. The worst thing about it is that I told her I did not use them and she just kept saying that I did and I did and it was just terrible. Felt really bad.

This place is a total rip off, and run by a Russian babuska lady. I needed a pair of compression socks for $39, are you kidding me. Don't go there whatever you do. I got 3 pairs of high end compression socks on Amazon for $20! I'm not a fan of Amazon but sometimes ....

I can find what I’m looking for. Nurses at my hospital (NorthBay Health) are required to wear gray scrubs/or as administration, I can wear professional clothes with a lab coat.

Nice little shop. I've been here a few times buying things for clients. They are always helpful and attentive and show me multiple options and explain the differences in products. They don't issue refunds only store credit . They clearly warn you about the no refund issue.

There is a horribly rude woman working there. She yelled at me on the phone, then hung up on me. She hung up on the nurse who called from my kid's doctor's office, and she lied to me about receiving the faxed Rx that the nurse sent to them almost a month before I called for follow-up. After she hung up on me, I printed the Rx and dropped it off in person. She was still rude, face- to-face, and quite discourteous when I asked clarifying questions about the item that I was ordering. I truly do not understand how someone like her holds a customer-facing job. The funny thing is that she handed me the company business card, and it states that they are a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business. HA HA HA! Unless you get off on being yelled at, and treated like a grand inconvenience when you're trying to make a purchase, save yourself the anguish, and try another medical supply place if you can. I would have, after this experience, but it is the only med supply place listed in my insurance company's roster of approved vendors.

I had the worst experience ever at this store. The person who greeted me told me three three times the store was closing at 5pm even though I was there 15 mins before closing looking for scrubs. With 10 mins before closing, I asked to fitting room only to be told she had been at the store since 10am and wanted to go home. It’s obvious this place didn’t want my business and most likely doesn’t want anyone else’s business. With that said, their inventory lacks variety as there are much better options. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE!

Gary Vay is very professional he helped me with all my Orthopedic Support needs. They sell everything from diabetic shoes, knee braces, bed liners, and incontinence supplies. It was a great San Francisco find with reasonable prices!

Rude on the phone. I called to see if they had a specific arm sling and when I started to explain to the man what it was that the sling needed to be, he told me that he couldn't diagnose me over the phone. I didn't need a diagnosis, I needed a question answered. We won't be coming here even if they're the only place in town that has it. I have no tolerance for rude customer service.
