Wonderful customer service and great people! They offered mimosas, breakfast tacos and donuts. The receptionist Mrs.Freeman is so helpful and very polite she made my experience an easy one and Mr.Jerome is amazing , he got me back the max refund and i couldn't thank him enough. i highly recommend them for your tax refund needs!
Best tax experience I’ve had by far. First off, fastest in and out I’ve had. Faster than hr block by a long shot. Didn’t feel like he was just putting my through the normal walk to get everyone the basics. He asked me questions I didn’t know I could ask to find money I didn’t know existed. I was skeptical too because I’m not from Texas but after this I will be sending my taxes yearly to Mr Rodgers. He is the man!

Another awesome year and R&R! I have been a customer for several years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is polite, respect and very helpful assisting. They call you back and email you promptly. My paperwork was already done when I got to my appointment. They make it very easy for you to submit all your documents ahead of time - hassle free. I would highly recommend R&R to anyone filing individually or business.
