We hired R&R to file our personal and corporate taxes. In our first meeting with them they told us they would want to file an extension for everything so they had more time to file it correctly. THEY DIDN'T FILE OUR EXTENSION! Then THEY LIED ABOUT TRYING TO REACH US for the info they needed to file. I checked my phone records and voicemails NOTHING! Turns out they already had everything they needed to file in the documents we already sent I HAD TO FILE OUR CORP TAXES MYSELF because there was no time to find another accounting firm and the IRS fees were racking up by the day. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
There are not enough good things I can say about R&R Tax and Bookkeeping. Mr Rodgers and his team not only got my taxes in order, but they also went back through my prior years and found thousands of dollars in missed opportunities. Amy with bookkeeping and Elizabeth with our taxes have been exceptional to work with, and I feel they have taken a genuine interest in both us and our company. Don't make the mistake of going elsewhere. This team is the best!
