the staff was rude, acted like we didnt belong in there, when in fact we couldve bought so much there, but didnt because of how rude they were, two other customers walked in after us and she was so friendly to them and helped them and talked to them. would never go back, not a way to earn customers

I like the selection and I’ll be back to give it a second try! I didn’t give more stars b/c I was never asked any questions by the staff like can I help you or do you need any different sizes or what can I help you shop for, etc. For very pricey items I do have higher expectations but it was my first time and the staff was generally courteous.

One of the best shopping experiences in Fort Worth!! Their inventory is current and their prices are reasonable. Can’t say enough about their wonderful customer service!!

This is my go to boutique in Fort Worth for denim (Agolde, Re/Done, Frame, DL1961). They also carry a good variety of women's dresses for all occasions. Love the Farm Rio and MISA selection.

I gave 2 stars because like someone previously mentioned, I was basically ignored when I went in. Now, I’m not sure if this was due to I was in shortly after the COVID shutdown, but the lady at the front was super friendly and courteous to another lady whom wanted to try on a pair of shoes. I was barely acknowledged. Super cute boutique shop with name brands like Marc Fisher and Rebecca Minkoff, but if you can’t ask me if I need help or if I’m looking for something specific, I’ll find a shop that’ll be more warm and friendly. The quilted tan Minkoff bag was super cute, but why drop $300 when the staff doesn’t seem to think you’ve got the money to spend...at least that’s how it felt. I could be wrong, but that’s the vibe I got while I was there. After working in retail sales for several years, I learned one very important thing. NEVER judge a book by its cover. We all do it, but honestly, you’d be shocked as to what ppl will spend their money on, or maybe they’ve been saving and want to buy something they normally wouldn’t. Plus, those Mystique bling sandals y’all had on display would have looked amazing for an outdoor wedding I’m in this summer...since heels in grass are tricky!😉 Well that’s just my experience. Maybe there will be a next time.🤷🏻‍♀️

had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a necklace and earrings online, and when I received them, I decided I wanted to return the necklace only. When I reached out to initiate the return, that’s when I was told the item was “final sale.” This was never disclosed anywhere on the website at the time of purchase, and it certainly wasn’t stated on the invoice I received in the box. The company only brought this up after I asked to return the necklace. I explained this to them multiple times and asked for a reasonable solution, but instead of trying to help, they doubled down and eventually just stopped responding altogether. I sent several emails and even asked to speak with the owner, but no one ever got back to me. To me, this feels very misleading. If something is final sale, that should be clearly displayed before checkout, not hidden (or worse, only mentioned after the fact). It’s unfair to the customer and creates a terrible buying experience. Their lack of transparency, combined with poor communication and refusal to stand behind their products, shows that they do not value their customers. Horrible customer service from start to finish. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Just because spending $235 on the rust-colored jeans that originally caught my eye wouldn't be a wise move for me at the moment doesn't mean I don't deserve to be at the very least greeted when I enter. In the words of Edina Monsoon, "You only work in a shop, you know. You can drop the attitude."

Fantastic customer service. My fiancee was in a pinch to look for a dress for a wedding and needed to know if the store had anything that would match her needs. I called the store and spoke with Laura who was quick to say that they may have some dresses and she was willing to go out of her way to help me out. She personally picked out 6 different dresses based on my fiancee's needs and sent me photos with prices of each dress via text and was prompt to do so. Even though we did not end up buying any of them, Laura's customer care was outstanding and deserves recognition.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Birdie! I needed to purchase an outfit for my wife as a gift and I had no idea where to start. The professional and knowledgeable staff were so kind and helpful and got me out the door with the perfect selection. Thanks ladies!
