Love this store! Clothes are amazing and the girls are so sweet. They love to help me find the perfect outfit for any occasion! I feel like I have a personal stylist every time I go in. Going to Birdie makes shopping so fun and easy!

Love this shop! The clothes are so stylish and high quality, I get compliments every time I’m wearing anything from Birdie. I love that they ship to California where I live, they are super responsive on instagram and go out of their way to help me out. Anytime I’m in Fort Worth I come in to shop in person. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. This place is great!

Birdie is hands down my favorite boutique in Fort Worth! I love the mix of brands and price points, I feel like there is always something for me! It’s a great place to find both trendy and classic pieces 💕 I am always greeted with a warm smile and everyone’s always super helpful!

Wow!!! The store is beautiful and so well stocked. I was happy to find more than I was even looking for at my most recent visit to Birdie. The staff made sure I was fully attended to in the fitting room and promptly helped me find what I needed in a time crunch. My Fort Worth go-to!! I will be back to stock up for summer :)

Used to be one of my favorite stores in Ft Worth. While staff has never been standout, it’s gotten worse. Their attitudes and arrogance are losing them so much money. Would’ve bought over $1k worth of product in one visit alone, if it weren’t for their rudeness. Lots of other local places I’ll be taking my business to and/or buying the brands they sell online..or, will go to Neiman’s where the service and product is impeccable.

I've been to the new location a few times, and it's well worth coming back to! First of all the selection of merchandise is incredible and the sheer size of the store allows them to carry an extensive selection of clothing, that aren't on offer in other smaller, local stores. Secondly the staff is amazing and very attentive. Birdie is definitely my go to store!!

SECOND CHANCES Experience is everything - this visit was very disappointing - so much so I won’t be back. My previous visit was not great, but I believe in second chances - so, I gave it another try. Unfortunately, it’s gotten worse. Staff had such an air about them and quite simply rude when inquiring about a particular piece. The selection has declined in quality and uniqueness - visits to the previous location were much better. First visit was when my daughter toured TCU - have visited various times since because I love to support local - but only when customer service and product meet a quality standard. Exceptional customer service and experience are quite simple to achieve. Just be friendly and kind. Sadly, Birdie has missed the mark. I will spend my $$$ elsewhere.

The clothes were cute but the service we received was not the best. Upon entering we were greeted and we decided to look around and i happened to wonder over to what i assume was the hold rack, which i had no idea. I was just looking and didnt touch anything and out of nowhere a blonde girl came up behind and abruptly said “thats not for you” and grabbed a dress and walked away. She then continued to avoid when we asked for help and eventually another girl helped us with the dressing rooms and kindly let us use the bathroom to try stuff on since the dressing rooms were full. I totally dont mind being told that the dress was on hold and i had to look elsewhere, but it felt very pointed and rude. We ended up putting a dress on hold but decided not to come back because of how we were treated. Cute clothes though. Super unfortunate considering the clothes are nice and i usually enjoy spending money here!

Birdie is the best store in Fort Worth! Truly the best staff, always so welcoming and knowledgeable and have always helped me find the cutest things from their large selection! 10/10 must visit if you’re in the neighborhood.

I purchased a top from this store and it came with a very noticeable stain on the front. When they finally responded to my message about it they said I could ship them the item back and they would refund me but they would not refund my shipping (which was $10) or pay for the return shipping. I have never had a company send me (the customer) a damaged item before and then say I had to pay to return it. So ridiculous. Horrible return policy. Will not be purchasing from them again. **ps saying you’ll review the policy for the future and still doing NOTHING about the situation right now is such a cop out response.
