I went shopping there yesterday and some of the clothes didn’t fit. So I took them back. And both hard men looking ladies going to tell a lie that they tell you when it is on sale you can’t bring it back. They are lying. And I told them they need to print it on there receipt and put it on signs. I will never shop there anymore. Lamar Airways Shopping Center
If I take out time to leave a bad review, then it's bad! Pamela was rude as hell!! And it's obvious she doesn't want to be at work. I visited this place while I was in Memphis for the weekend as I usually do, and I didn't receive any type of customer service. Just a horrible experience! I wasn't greeted, I was dismissed whenever I asked a question, she was short and snappy with me, and her tone and demeanor was completely unpleasant. When I pulled out my one hundred dollar bill to pay for my things she had a fit! she quickly yelled out "I can't give you change for that, we just opened up! I don't have that type of change in my drawer"! But somehow she got change from the other lady who was there. (the other lady was nice by the way.)My sister was so over Pamela's attitude that she put her things on the counter and walked out. I end up paying for her things though. My family and I visit Memphis a lot and usually shop here and spend a lot money but I wont be back!
That was a nice store I took my friend girl there to find something cheap for a outing she was going to. She actually found something nice for a lil of nothing I was surprised. The employees were very helpful and nice so we got in and out with no problems. I only wish they sold men clothes. I've never seen a men store that cheap. But lady's yall should stop in see what you think if you haven't been
I had a good experience today in this Lamar location. Once I walked in I was greeted by staff. The store was clean and the air conditioning was working this made it comfortable to shop. The racks was full with a variety of dresses and pants, jump suits. The price is right and affordable for all. The jewelry was nice and they have shoes , sunglasses , heels ect. Stop by to take a look. There is plenty of parking space available out front. The made sure to move the line fast which I appreciate that. I will visit this location again in the future. Great job ladies.
