The store was clean organized and the environment was positive. I had a very lovely experience
Love love love this place. A quick outfit for a night on the town, thisnis the place to go find it. They also have a great selection of shoes.
Customer service is horrible in this store. And the store is always low in stock.
Horrible customer service👎🏾 The workers use to be polite with A positive attitude, unfortunately. . . .I don't know what happened.
Store needs major updates....uncomfortable turnaround to come in & leave store...merchandise tables overpacked...flies....short African American female (older lady with glasses)...if she doesn't "know" a customer from the surrounding neighborhood...she is cold & standoffish to new customers. She watches other employees actually help customers, but not even a half-warm 'Hello' to new customers. Prices are the ONLY thing good about the store. Personally, I will NOT be spending my money at that location again. The company needs to do a Mystery Shop on that store. A Hard Pass! (Lamar & Airways behind KFC)

My favorite location whenever im in the city, it always great customer service, store is always clean, works are helpful, if your having a bad day your gonna definitely leave the this store with a smile. my favorite is Sharita she and the rest always welcome me with good greetings comming from Huntsville Al..
I like going there because sometimes I can find something nice to wear. And sometimes they have comfortable shoes that you can buy ,if they have your sized. And it's a good place to buy plus size clothing.
One employee that works in there is not friendly. She's been working there for years. Never not once have she smiled or made me feel welcomed.
