Honestly can't rate this place high enough. I tried basically every coffee shop in the Pearl/NW looking for the best vanilla latte and this is hands down the best. I like it a little sweet but not too much so, no chemical flavor, an espresso brewed just right, not over or under extracted, no bitterness. Just a warm hug of vanilla-y, espresso goodness. I like this place so much that when we travel I find myself looking forward to going back home to get a coffee from here. The staff are 11/10 friendly and awesome.
First time at this coffee shop and we liked the idea of the barista counter where we can see the barista preparing drinks, they served a flavorful coffee beans, coffee and latte are just fine. We didnt try the pastries mor sandwiches yet, I believe they serve variety of unique sandwiches and pastries.
We got a jasmine matcha latte which was unique and delicious. Didn’t get coffee so can’t comment on that. Bagel sandwich was amazing as well (they have a pretty decent breakfast food selection)
I had my first Sisters coffee experience down in Palm Springs CA back in 2023 at a local coffee shop. Coffee was so good, I asked the barista what coffee beans they use and she informed me they use Sisters Coffee. Ever since then I have been ordering coffee beans from Sisters Coffee to make espresso at home. I did get a chance to visit this location when came down to Oregon from Seattle area. Coffee did not disappoint.
Was here Monday the 27. The girls working there I think their names were ginnie and Sadie ? One had straight dark hair and the other super curly . Let me tell you they need a raise please ! Went above and beyond in every single way . Fulfilled requests at customers requests and put their heart and soul into what they were doing. It was 5 minutes to closing but instead of complaining went above and beyond . I’m trully touched by both and can’t stop thinking about that there trully are good people in this world . Take that boomers ! Gen z is not lost after all 💪💥

Currently 4:16, drove all the way down here just for your coffee and pastries for you to be closed even though it says you don’t close till 5. Disappointing.
Awesome place! I highly recommend the apple butter toast while it's still in season. I also got the hojicha latte, which is the featured tea latte, and it's very good. You'll have to wait for the tea to steep, but that's a sign of good quality that they don't just rush it out for speed. The atmosphere is great and it's nice and warm -- the doors are all fogged up and it's cute.
Its usually pretty busy, but there's baked in house pastries/cookies/brownies and a small menu of breakfast/brunch items. The coffee is good and their seasonal menu is usually the first place that I look for a drink selection.
Super cute and always busy coffee shop. Plenty of outdoor seating if it’s full inside. Super friendly and I loved my seasonal cold brew
