HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE ALAMEDA FACILITY! Extremely unprofessional to cancel my pre-scheduled appointment of over a month under the excuse "my nurse is not available, it is the holidays". I scheduled the appointment over 1 month ago. On top of that the lady on the phone was condescending and asked me to call in 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. I called 2 weeks ago, left a message and nobody has returned my call. SCAM!!!!
The botox looks amazing! I will be coming back again, everybody was so friendly. 100% recommend this place they did a great job! So happy with the results. Such a great experience. Very reasonable and great price as well!

I’ve been seeing Jen at Skinpedia for the past 2 years and couldn’t be happier with my results every time! The clinic is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and kind! Highly recommend.
Astonishingly unprofessional. Jen arbitrarily decided not to perform my Botox service after I said how annoying it was not to be able to book more than 20 units in the same day via Classpass. A total waste of time, not to mention a truly bizarre and awkward circumstance to have to navigate during a lunch break.
This is the best Botox I have ever had! Will 100% be coming back! Everyone was so kind and the customer service was great. I will be coming back and would recommend to anyone considering.
just had IPL done at the alameda location and it was by FAR the most painless IPL treatment i’ve ever had done, my skin already looks so much better only 4 days later. 10/10
I recently came in for laser hair removal and was helped by Jasmine! She was so incredible and made sure that I was comfortable. She definitely made the whole process very smooth, I will definitely be back for more services! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful!
