I went in for one session large area laser. They didn’t even cover the whole area properly. All they kept saying was that one session was not enough. I had done last before and effective treatment shows results after one session. This didn’t touch the hair regrowth at all. I’m giving two starts because I really like the aesthetician. She is very welcoming and sweet. Also staff is very kind.
I had a wonderful experience at Skinpedia & Co! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The environment was clean, calming, and beautifully designed, which immediately put me at ease. My provider Rhia took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The treatment itself was fantastic gentle, effective, and tailored to my needs. I could see and feel the difference right away! Highly recommend this Skinpedia & Co to anyone looking for quality care and a relaxing, professional experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My nurse injector was kind and knowledgeable. I love my Botox result. Great prices too
Very pleasant experience at Skinpedia & Co! The treatment was quick and painless. The result is so natural too, which I like! I will definitely come back again.
Skinpedia & Co. Medspa is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they take the time to explain every step so you feel confident in your treatment. The space is clean, modern, and relaxing, you can tell they really prioritize both safety and comfort. My skin has never looked better, and I appreciate how personalized the recommendations were. They don’t try to oversell anything; they genuinely focus on what will benefit you most. If you’re looking for a medspa that delivers real results with top-tier service, I highly recommend Skinpedia & Co. I won’t be going anywhere else! 💖✨
Set up my appointment with time. Drove an hour and half away for this appointment. Gave my self an hour buffer to make sure I was on time only to be called while I’m parking to be told the injector is going home for the day and cancelling all her appointments. No solutions, no real reason just a I’m so sorry there nothing I can do. Now I’m fighting with Groupon for my money back on my card… the joy.
3rd time seeing Jen S. In Petaluma Location. She’s always so friendly and accommodating. She knows her stuff and always gives me the best advice for my beauty needs. I will keep coming back!
Wow, really bad. I bought this because I wanted professional treatment and professional results. I got neither. To put it as succinctly as possible, they are not using professional grade equipment. The microneedler they used on my face was a Dr. Pen Hydrapen 3. I know because I looked it up while they were out of the room. This pen retails for $130, and is marketed for home use. It causes micro tears in the skin and isn't really capable of deep dermal stimulation. It more or less just scratches up the surface of your skin. Plus, it's so poorly designed or theirs is so old that it quickly spilled the entire cartridge of plasma on my forehead (which is where we started. It didn't even make it past my forehead). They had to take another vial of blood, leave me sitting for another 10 minutes while it went through the centrifuge, and then try again. For that fact alone, I wouldn't come back. Why would I? I can just buy the Hydrapen 3 and get the same results at home. Oh but then I wouldn't, because the hydrapen 3 is not a good microneedling pen. Dr. Pen does make some halfway decent pens at the upper price points, but they really aren't licensed medical grade equipment (that would run the shop 1k+). Then there was the issue of the staff behavior. All was well until I told them I didn't want them rubbing alcohol all over my face. I get it, we think the best way to prevent infection is to sterilize the living daylights out of everything. Well, it's my face and I didn't want my whole microbiome wiped out. She immediately became hostile. Eventually she agreed to let me wash my face with their cleanser in the sink. When I returned, and I asked them for a way to dry my face, they looked at me dismissively and said there were no towels. What kind of medical spa doesn't have any towels, anywhere? It was very weird. Her whole attitude after that was rude and dismissive. It was like I was putting her out the whole time. Plus the whole shop was just like a weird, grungy off-the-beaten path kind of place. The bed I was on had a funky furry blanket thrown on top, and many of the rooms seemed unclean and disorganized. It was just overall a weird experience. Definitely not at all worth the hundreds of dollars I spent seeking "professional" treatment. If I want to have that experience again, I'll just do it at home. I'd be kinder and probably do a better job with better equipment. Absolutely do not recommend going here.
They have unfair policy above signed consent. Health Covers Online for Medical review using voice and video when you arrived. First your health is private that you can share or not by the law. It's the job of clinical provider to sanitize and protect clients at all costs, so we can feel save entrusting our health there.. How would you know if any of other clients lie during the review? Also if I am deaf and mute I will be refused treatment? Nurse Jen cut off the receptionist that tried to help when I asked for solutions if I want to opt for my voice. Sign language or type? Hope someone in authority review their conduct. What a customer service!
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I purchased a package of three tanning sessions. When I initially called to schedule my appointments, I was unable to book by phone, so I went online to review available dates. I noticed that sessions were only offered on Mondays and Thursdays, which made scheduling difficult due to the limited availability. This restriction was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I called again to confirm the schedule and was told that those were the only available days. Given the inconvenience, I began making arrangements to leave work early in order to attend a Monday session. During a subsequent call, I was informed that I would receive a call back to finalize an appointment and that Saturday sessions might become available. However, after waiting two weeks without any follow-up, I called again. At that time, I was informed that tanning services were no longer being offered and that I should request a refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I waited over three weeks under the assumption that I would be able to schedule my sessions, only to be told that the service was no longer available. This reflects a lack of organization, communication, and professionalism. I purchased these services with a specific need in mind, not to spend weeks waiting and then having to pursue a refund. I am very disappointed with this experience. Best regards,
