I have been an OSA patient for nearly 20 years and have had numerous suppliers and DME providers. By far and away, SleepQuest have been the best. Friendly, consumer oriented, professional and knowledgeable. They are very good at follow-up. They're now MEDICARE CMS approved and really make it easy. Staff work hard to please. They are very busy. It’s a complicated business and Medicare/Insurance make it worse, so be patient. SleepQuest is a great help in navigating it with you.

I'm a long time customer with SleepQuedt. Recently saw Cindy for new equipment and she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Ample parking at Safeway lot makes it convenient. The customer service staff were very helpful with my insurance issues. Online supply ordering and bill pay work well. Overall I highly recommend SleepQuest.
