The front desk staff (i think her name is Summer) recently greatly helped me with my charger and mask cushion. I had the most professional and kind experience working with her! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
They were very professional and thorough, going over all my options with the equipment. Made the process a breeze! Bonus on the location with parking as that's not such a simple proposition in San Francisco if you're driving.
The Staff could not be ANY Kinder. Very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY Patient!!! A wonderful experience. My wife had one 10 years ago, and I did not like it!!! I was literally hunted down by Sleepquest to make an appointment! Lol! All kidding aside, they were very very efficient. Cindy Wu was great! She was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me information that I needed clearly and concisely. I chose my mask and machine, was able to try it on and given options to change equipment. I got home and decided to take a nap. It was wonderful. I had a 12 year old machine and mask from April (ugh) that did t work anymore. Too loud and mask was uncomfortable. The new equipment ran superbly! Thanks to Sleepquest for everything and I look forward to interacting with them in the future Now if the only the doctor’s office could get it together! Sleepquest has not been completely transparent with the communication to get a replacement machine. Finally today a supervisor indicated that they're only able to fulfill January orders for a ResMed machine. My order was placed in March but they didn't ascertain until May 27th that the prescription needed more detail. I originally was given a June delivery date but now have been given an August expected delivery. This is unacceptable and they should work with a different supplier. I hope the CEO reads this and responds.
There is a lot of parking space in the area. The place is clean. The representative explains how to adjust the mask fitting and recommends a better cushion for less air leak. She is professional and helps me to order the new cushion.
I've had a mixed experience with Sleepquest. If you are paying for your own equipment and supplies, as I did today, the service is superb. The technician was very helpful in explaining the options, also providing me with a reference to a mask filter I hadn't heard of before that I hope will solve CPAP mask leak problems. My problems with Sleepquest came two years ago when I tried to use Medicare Insurance to cover equipment costs. Sleepquest does not directly serve Medicare clients. They refer these clients to another equipment provider called Verus Healthcare. My experience with Verus was a compounded series of communications errors over a period of 9 months that was solved only by stopping to use them and paying for my own stuff. I have a spreadsheet compiled over those 9 months with over 90 entries, each one an element of communication with Verus and Sleepquest in an appalling attempt to secure CPAP and Bipap equipment. So Sleepquest on their own: great! Sleepquest for Medicare patients, try to find someone else if at all possible.
