I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received once I signed the contract. I have sent multiple emails, called with no calls back, but I am still getting invoices. I have shared my frustration so many times and the lack of support to build this platform is not at all what I signed up for. Maybe this review will encourage a phone call. Step it up Soci.
SOCi is a priceless tool for not only reputation management, but managing our brand online across multiple platforms.
This platform is easy to use and can link with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GMB, and LinkedIn. Scheduling posts and answering comments and questions are easy, as well as, pulling reports on activity on each platform. Only real drawback is that you can't post Instagram stories or use any of Instagram tools like the boomerang. However, I'm not aware of any software that does allow that. Would highly recommend if managing multiple social media platforms.
Soci has been very helpful with posting content to my various social media platforms. The website is very user-friendly, and the few times I've needed help, I received a quick response. I appreciate the assistance I've received from Jess, and I enjoyed the User Feedback session with Tania and Diego.

SOCi is an amazing platform. My company has been using SOCi for several years. In the few years that I've been in my role, there have been so many enhancements that make my day-to-day tasks so much easier when managing several social media pages at once. It has been a pleasure working with Ben & Heather on SOCi Genius and learning about all of the new products that SOCi offers.
Honestly when I first started using SOCi I had some issues. It almost created more work for me. HOWEVER, I was on vacation in Florida complaining about some issues I was having with compatibility between Facebook, Instagram, and Canva and posting through SOCi. Someone overheard me venting about my frustrations and told me they worked for SOCi and would have someone contact me. His name is Rico Moya and he had Ivette Garcia reach out to me the day I got back to work. We talked about the issues I was having and Ivette got back to me THE NEXT DAY with a solution. She even told me that she was going to contact Canva to see if there was an easier way to post. Literally a week later Canva had an update that resolved the issue. I'm not sure if Ivette had anything to do with that update, but it was spot on with the issue I was having. Honestly the best customer service I've experienced. I would recommend SOCi for anyone! If you have any issues, just talk to them and you will get results.
I love working with Soci! Soci's social media posting tool makes it extremely easy for our teams to create unique posts and schedule them well in advance so they can be posted across multiple platforms. I especially love that we can upload and edit images to include our logos so all of our posted content is branded. The best part about working with Soci though, is their responsive and helpful support team!
Soci is a wonderful company and partner. They listen to feedback from clients, which in returns helps improve their product . They have wonderful customer service and a product that is easy to use and train. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a social and reputation platform.
