SOCi has been a game changer for my organization. As a large franchise business in the education industry, it was always a struggle to manage our 2,000+ locations’ local listings across North America. SOCi allows us to now manage this with ease, and also allows our Franchisees to streamline the management of their digital presence and efforts. The amazing support that we receive daily from our CSM and the support teams are just an added bonus.
SOCi has been a great product to work with, however the team is even better. Our Client Success Managers have been wonderful. Katy and Ivette are very helpful when questions and needs arise.
I've worked with SOCi for five years and they are SO GREAT to work with! Ben and Robbie are always quick to help me with anything that I need from random questions I'm having with Google issues or anything social. We’ve been with SOCI for about 5 years now and it is a great software to use for both social media and reputation management. They are always improving their product to adapt with the always changing social media platforms. Ivette and their customer service and help desks are quick to answer and give assistance when ever needed. Their dashboard is easy to navigate and very user friendly. -Gina
SOCI took over corporate account for our location. We have had nothing but issues over the last 2 months, with zero assistance for our location. Email requests responses repeat how difficult google is to resolve issues with. The transition to SOCI resulted in our removal from Google maps. Customer service / support is non existent.
SOCi is an indispensable tool for our social media, listings, and reputation management. The platform allows us to distribute content across all locations, keep our online presence consistent, and promptly respond to online reviews. But SOCi is more than just a good product. They're partners. Our CSM, Kara is wonderful -- she brings ideas to each of our regular cadence calls, and is always receptive to our feedback. And this is true of everyone I've worked with there -- Kai, Emily, Bobby, Fiona, Angel, Chad, and many others. They care about your success and seek to help you achieve it.
Our company has been using SOCi since 2017. Over the years, we have seen great strides in the level of service and product offerings. We have been extremely pleased with product enhancements and new product offerings over the years.
