My initial experience at this store was okay. My last two visits were just plain awful. My mom came in from out of town and I was so excited to take her to get fitted. Well, that never happened. She ended up buying two bras and had to ship them back; one was defective and the other didn’t fit. Today, I went back to return the items. I was never greeted. The associate never said one word to me at the cash register, until it was time to ask what happened to the tags. She was rude and snotty. The last time I checked I am the one spending my money to patron this store and helping to pay someone’s salary. I would never treat another person that way. Customer service is clearly not her forte. The bras were never worn, and the integrity was clearly not compromised. I think I’ll go back to the leading competitor where my business is actually appreciated and valued.
I’m a hard to find size. Had someone recommend checking this place out, as I’m in need of a strapless bra for a wedding coming up, and have already ordered some online that did not fit right. The first lady (older with white hair) who asked me if I needed help finding anything scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when I told her my size, and proceeded to measure me at a very wrong size. She kept rolling her eyes when I tried to explain that it wouldn’t fit. Another lady came to help. She was nicer, but also very obviously did not believe me. She had me try on two sizes that did not fit, only to end up concluding that I needed the size I initially told them I needed, and that they didn’t carry that size. The first lady especially was incredibly rude, and I will try to talk anyone I know who is bra shopping out of going to this location for that reason.
The salesperson was rude and pushy and insisted on one particular cup style for me that doesn’t work for my breast shape. I had a similarly bad experience the last time I was there and I feel like a fool for going back.
I had a horrific experience that I hope everyone reads, including corporate. I want the workers working at this store around 7 pm on 8/14/25 reprimanded for screaming at me and not providing good customer service. The way they reacted was beyond unreasonable. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. They never apologized once or cared. I paid for 2 bras and they refused to let me pick them up and did not attempt to look for them. Earlier that day, I went to the Soma store in Grand Prairie and bought 3 bras. Had an excellent experience. Selena, their manager, had me fitted. Only 1 of the 3 bras were in stock and told me the other 2 were at this location in Fort Worth and to show this receipt and pick them up. I show up to the store that evening. I show them the receipt. Brunette lady and older blonde lady were working. They said they don’t do pick ups. Not once did they attempt to call the other store to figure it out. Not once did they apologize. I showed them the receipt and they REFUSED. They didn’t even attempt to look up the item. Then the older lady began screaming at me like I have never been screamed at in my entire life. I bought 2 bras and they REFUSED to help me. I called corporate and didn’t get a response or call back. The Grand Prairie manager had to explain the process to this store manager. We are humans and understand this manager didn’t know about pick ups. But for these workers to not even attempt to help me, look up the items, and began to scream at me and roll their eyes is unacceptable. Any other employees at any retail store would be fired on the spot for screaming at customers and refusing to help them. I bought these bras and the receipts show the proof and they still DENIED me without checking. The next day the manager apologized and I was able to pick up the 2 bras but I cannot get past the way the 2 workers from that night behaved. I did not get their names but I hope corporate is reading this and takes action. Good luck to anyone shopping at this store and I hope they do not get screamed at because they purchased 2 bras for pickup, showed proof, ask them to call the other store because they are confused and they refuse. They did not even try to see if they had the bras in stock in their system or the back of their store whatsoever.
