Recently I ordered two bras online, during your huge sale. I just got a strapless bra from Victoria secret and they measured me at a 32DD. My bra from them fits perfectly, but after my grandma told me about your amazing online sale I hopped on bored. I was so excited when my bras came in, I tried them on and neither fit me. Not in the cup or around my body either. I work in the same shopping center as your University location, so I decided to exchange them for another bra that would fit. I was greeted by a rude older employee, me working in customer service I look for what I give people. So when she didn’t smile, and just looked at me I let it go. I told her the situation and she took me to a dressing room to measure me. She informed me I was a 36DD, and I looked shocked, seeing as Victoria Secret was different. She looked me in my face (mind you we are still in the dressing room together) and roles her eyes at me. By this time I started to feel uncomfortable. I’m a bigger girl, I’m not a size 2. And I struggle with my weight, I went from a 4 to a 9 when I had my son. My grandmother was looking at the racks in the store and I went back out. The women took me to the same bras I was returning and said “here”, I informed her I would like to walk around. Remember this location isn’t big at all, it’s pretty small. So when I headed this employee talking about me to her shift manager (short women with black hair) I heard everything. I even looked her dead in her eyes as she said “look at her, she ordered a 32 when obviously she’s a 36”. I’m not hard of hearing by any means, I actually read lips since I use sign language regularly. I was so mad and embarrassed, I walked up to the register. I told the shorter women I wanted to return my bras and not get any more. I asked her if the older women, with the gray hair was her manager. The shorter girl told me she was the manager on shift, I then informed her I hear everything she and her employee said about me. She just stared at me in shock, she didn’t even seem sorry just scared what I heard. Needless to say I will never use or by anything from this company again. I left this location in tears, because I was made to feel huge. The fact this women didn’t want to help me at all when she found out I was bringing back product, was already a red flag. I hope y’all can resolve this situation.
Went to get measured, and Brenda was such a big help! I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me a lot of different options to try on, and she even made sure the ones I tried on fit well! I definitely will be coming back, and recommend this store!
Awful experience. Went in for assistance after some size changes (2 kids later). Was ignored when I asked for help, condescending tone when I asked for a size they advertise on the shelf but apparently don’t sell in store. My husband came in to help me because I was couldn’t get help otherwise and he was chewed out. There are no signs designated where men can and can’t be. Went in prepared to spend $500ish…walked out without anything.
Marie is my new best friend. She helped me find my size in their bras, helped me understand the different styles, and was so patient and nice while she looked at the 20 different bras I tried on and assessed the fit 😂 Love her, love the bras, highly recommend this store.
Great service. I lost over 100 pounds over the last few years. So with that I went into store tobe measured accurately for bra size. The customer service was awesome and made me comfortable during the whole. To add to that they happened to have a sale going on so that was a plus.
This company is an utter DISASTER! I have ordered with them during the pandemic and over a month ago! First, they charged me more than what I agreed for. I tried to call them immediately and cancel it, but there was no agent available. When I finally succeeded less then 24 h after my order was placed, they were extremely arrogant and condescending on the phone and went to all sorts of excuses to tell me that they cannot cancel my order because it is already packaged or something and it's on its way! Which I could hardly believe but ok. It took them about 2 weeks to deliver instead of the 2 day shipping I paid for. No items were suitable, and honestly I didn't want any, any longer. They have assured me that I will receive a full refund if I send it back. Which I did. So guess what happened. They are claiming that they have never received the item back! It was again MY fault for some reason. USPS claims they have delivered the item in two days to a Fort Worth Location and they don't have the item and showed me proof. But not SOMA agents, they are telling me it is with another currier!? (what other currier?) and that apparently after waiting for over a month I'm being impatient. Again rude customer service, COMPLETELY unhelpful and bottom line - I don't have my money back. Forget about an apology for a disasterous experience! An easy lawsuit for me here! I DO NOT recommend ANYONE, EVER to order with them online. Maybe in person you'll get a better experience. But for me personally, I will never come to this store ever again.
After years of using the “other” main brand of lingerie it was time to try something new. Happy to find Soma! A totally different approach to luxury intimate apparel.The staff is very attentive to your needs and size, yes measuring if need be and dressing room service to see how your fit is going. It’s worth trying something new. You will be amazed.
The sales lady was wonderful. I love their fitting technique; it made things a lot less awkward for my teenage daughter. Their bras are beautiful without sacrificing comfort.
I’m not sure how the bras or underwear fit, I went in looking for a white bra and the sales girl was so rude and impersonal I left. When I asked if they carried white she said “ if you don’t see it on the floor then we obviously don’t” I’ve heard amazing things about this company’s underwear but if I’m treated like I’m stupid I’m sorry but I’m leaving. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because I’d say make sure to avoid her.
As a dude... This place has a million pairs of women's underwear and a plethora of braziers. Staff seemed friendly and attentive. My girl found what she was after, I however stood about awkwardly. A++, would bra again.
