Most of the employees here are very nice but the brunette woman with tattoos has been unbelievably rude for no reason every single time I’ve interacted with her. Today I picked up a mobile order and added some sides of ranch to my order. She was clearly irritated when she brought out my order, whatever I get it. Before driving off I checked the bag and there was only one ranch. No big deal, I’ll just go through the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and right off the bat she barks at me asking what I wanted. I explained I just got my order and nicely asked for a couple sides of ranch since I only got one. She snapped back that ranch is $0.25 and I already got one. There’s a 5 condiment limit in the app, so if I was exceeding that I’d understand paying extra but if I can get 5 free in the app why am I being charged??? Even then I would have just paid if she didn’t speak to me so rudely. I wasn’t trying to argue so I just said okay and drove off. I’m a server myself and am empathetic to others in the industry but she needs to find a new job if she’s this miserable at work every single day.
Food was good it was fast service friendly people
This is hands down, without a doubt, the worst food establishment in the entire kc metro area. For every one mediocre experience, you will have several horrible ones. 40 minute wait times for cold food, terrible attitudes from employees, the drinks always spill over and they never give napkins. Just a pathetic excuse of a restaurant. I’d starve before I go back.
Don’t go here if you are trying to be fast. I did a mobile order, ordering ahead, and I still waited 30 minutes for the order. I’m just in twice and both times they hung up on me midsentence.I was missing the sauce and the mozzarella sticks were definitely made 30 minutes prior. The only thing that was correct, was my Coca-Cola Float. No explanation either.
The manager was disrespectful to me when I calmly told him my food was made wrong then he proceeded to tell he made was on the ticket which was a lie they didn't hand my delivery driver my drink I paid I will not be ordering from this sonic again they just sloppy with the way they make food and mix up people orders bad experience
The gal that brought out my order was so sweet and all smiles! Food was perfect but they did not put in my condiments, napkins, nor peppermints.
Fast, friendly and polite as if I was in God's Country ( Georgia for you folks) lol.
I ordered a footlong hotdog and it had 2 buns?? It's okay to be out sometimes or at least ask first 😜
Don't order from this sonic. Never received my mobile order and when I called they were nasty about refunding me. Waited 25 minutes to not receive anything.
This place doesnt even deserve a star i would give them -10 stars.... Had a lil kid in the store and waited over 45 minutes for my order I didn't even recieve the right food
