I busted wanted to say that I was having a bad day and ordered my food when I came back the manager said it was on him and gave me my food free of cost! God is good! I went 2 weeks ago they said they didn’t have ice cream, went back tonight through the drive thru they said they were only taking online orders
Don’t get blizzards I ordered extra and they didn’t do extra or even close to normal. They as well tell door dashers they can’t do anything about not adding toppings when someone paid extra. If the owners don’t change stuff yall will go out of business!!
Ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger with bacon, onion rings, cherry limeade with lite ice. I got a cherry limeade full of ice the young lady proceeded to shake it to prove to me that it was light eyes of course what it wasn't that we talked about it she finally remade it, A single bacon hamburger they told me that's what we ordered but the receipt shows different, and the onion rings well I got three rings and some burnt pieces and I'm sending the picture so you can see and this is the third time that they got my order just totally wrong just totally wrong. Last time Fries instead of onion rings, The burger had no bacon I realized I didn't smell the onion rings so I turned around and had him fix that, but I never opened the burger so when I got home I realized the burger had no bacon I wasn't about to go back but it's been the most horrible experiences with this particular store Leavenworth road no problem this store has been horrible for the last few months and you judged it and you ring photo And I haven't had a mint in probably a month last two orders no mint from this store, My wife tells me it's easier to drive out to the Leavenworth road store. I called in and waited on the phone for 5 minutes then they hung up on me without answering
Ordered from Uber Eats more than an hour ago and still have not gotten my damn food. The uber ended up having to leave and I am waiting even longer for my food which is not ok. When I called the store, some kid copped an attitude with me saying if it's taking too long, cancel the order. Such a trash establishment.
They messed up my drink order and then told me I did not order what I said I ordered. Which was a rte 44 vanilla dr pepper ex vanilla. They brought me a large and charged me full price for a cup of water. They were very rude and not at all helpful in fixing the mistakes.

I ordered a sandwich last night for delivery. It took an hour to get to me (not even a mile away. When it arrived it was not at all what I had ordered. they gave me a sandwich when I ordered a breakfast burrito. I know this wasn't due to the delivery driver because the order on the receipt was correct. Do they not check what bag they put orders into before sending them? 0/10 do not recommend!
I had to wait 12 minutes from the time I hit the order button until anyone took my order. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon when there was no one going through the drive through and all of three other cars ordering in stalls. Afteri ordered, it took another 16 minutes to get my food. Don't go here unless you have all day to wait.
