If I could leave them zero stars I would they called me and told me my shipment would arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. here I am almost 5:00 calling the main office with nobody answering and my shipment is nowhere to be found I was on hold for over an hour with nobody answering the phone I suggest nobody ever uses outfit.
Incredible amount of incompetence. Provided them specific instruction multiple times and they delivered it to the wrong address. Now I have a 500lb package in the wrong place and no way to move it. Do yourself a favor and run from this company.

Very clean restrooms and very knowledgeable staff when you are there to pick up your load see I have been a TRUCKER for 25 yrs now and this company is very SAFE COMPANY AND RESPECTS DRIVERS TO THE FULLEST LOVE THIS COMPANY
As an interior designer, on occasion, I produced oddly shaped heavy crates filled with very important purpose-built products needing sent to clients. This time it was for a home being built on one of the last ocean view sites of Cocoa beach, Fl. Never having heard of this freight company just ran across them while searching for a quote. They were very welcoming over the phone so decided to give them a try, plus they could provide assurance my crates would be received when required. It was that period of time between Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020 when it is normally difficult getting reliable service. Not only did they come through they also delivered these highly difficult to replace products on time and undamaged. Talk about a wonderful experience! When I arrived on site to manage installation all the products were waiting in perfect condition, my just fears melted away! These crates weighed 965 lbs: one- 73" x 86" x 12"; the other- 32"x 48" x 36". How fantastic having my need so carefully and professionally executed. Thank you Southeastern Freight.
We use several different freight carrriers for shipping large items from our shop, and Southeastern is hands down the most unrelaible. We just went through an experience this week where they missed pick up THREE days in a row, never communicated, and when they finally had a driver ETA on day three, it kept getting pushed back and they never actually showed up. We ended up cancelling the shipments with them and rescheduling with a different carrier. Even if you have to pay a little extra to use a more reliable carrier, DO IT.
Absolutely terrible! Do not recommend using them, and I will not be accepting anything that comes through their delivery. Very unprofessional.
I received a call from a young lady named Shelby, to schedule my delivery appointment. I had a very large delivery coming to my home, she also asked if I had a way to unload it. Shelby stated she will reach out to the shipper to check to see if they would pay the additional fee so the driver can unload my delivery. She was so polite and explained everything I needed to know about how it all works. After she got authorization from the shipper she gave me a call back to confirm we can get it delivered with no problem and informed me the driver will give me a heads up call. Thank you to Shelby who helped me out I will ship thru South eastern from now.
