I was promised twice that my delivery would arrive on a specific day. They didn't show up and didn't call to let me know. To add insult to injury you have to listen to their hold message telling you how awesome they think they are as you sit on hold to tell them how horrible they are. Seriously the hold message is unreal. They must have used 10 dictionaries to find different words meaning awesome.
These guys didn't contact me to let me know they were coming, left my insanely expensive smoker/grill and 200lbs of wood pellets on a pallet in my driveway (in the middle of a 110* Texas summer day, can you say fire hazard?), and took off without a word. Had no idea the delivery was made until I called them the next day, because their tracking app said it was still being prepared for pickup...
Can't say enough great things about SEFL! I know I can always count on quick deliveries and the best customer service when needed! Kudos to everyone at the Austin Terminal including all drivers that show up always willing to go out of their way to help out.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. They didn't show up on time. Their team is unresponsive, and they make you wait all day for something they promised would be delivered on time. From the comments I see here, it looks like they are very consistent... always terrible. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on May 8th. I'm writing this review on May 11th and have yet to receive my pallet. I'm a small business owner and rely on these ingredients to produce my products. This is costing me A LOT of money. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
This freight company is very secured and clean. This shows that they are reliable and efficient. Plan to continue with their services
Delivered large item on time and in great condition. Ordered said item through Amazon and the company contacted us to schedule and that was also extremely easy.
We receive freight from all over and from every freight company and southeastern is by far the worst. The majority of the freight is damaged in some way. The drivers always have a bad attitude and always blame the shipper for the damage. Would never choose them to ship anything out and always request anyone but them on anything coming in.
Material estimated to deliver 4 days ground... tracking showed it was in town on the 5th day and took another 2 days to show up onsite. No weather issues and terrible customer service response when trying to track down delivery.
Well run and highly professional staff.
Had to pick up some freight here, they were very helpful and loaded it up in my pickup for me. Easy and fast.
