Great food, great service and great communication!
Great caterer
We wanted an unconventional wedding reception that was more small plates and appetizers than a full buffet. The team at Sporkbytes were able to help us plan out flights of hors d'oeuvres throughout the night plus our cake and desserts and all from restaurants that my wife and I love and wanted to share with our guests. The communication between their office with their catering staff were solid and on the day of the reception the food and presentation were executed exactly as we hoped for. Our guests, especially our family members who haven't had a chance to try the restaurants we were ordering from, had only praise to share with us about the quality of the food and the service the staff provided. The team was super attentive to the vibe of our party and were wonderful to our kids. Our night was magical and the food set the tempo for our entire stay. We went from antipasto to Waffle Window. Waffle window to desserts. Desserts to Big's Chicken. And at the end they all came back out together and all our guests were able to find their favorites. Recognitions go out to the bartenders who our thirsty friends enjoyed seeing throughout the night, David the lead who was so thoughtful to our guests including our kids, and the planners Harrison and Tim who were able to interpret our ideas and prep the amazing team we had. Special recognition to the servers whose presence and service made all my guests feel welcomed, the way they got along amongst themselves contributed to the wonderful atmosphere. One server in particular who was able to turn our biggest flight of food into the perfect hors d'oeuvres is a queen! and I thank whoever called her in because she knocked that meal out of the park. 10/10 recommend.
Spork Bytes does an amazing job of offering a variety of foods to choose from for your catering needs. I've used them several times. They deliver when you ask for delivery, and set up the area completely. I especially like that they label all their foods for dietary needs. No guessing needed. Makes it easy to accommodate different eaters. Highly recommend.
Spork Bites is one of the best catering services in the Portland metros area. They party with a lot of local restaurants. Always have great staff and amazing selections for food that you can pick for your event.
The Spork Bytes team is fantastic! Our office is convening focus groups, and utilizing their catering services for the events has been so efficient. I appreciate the variety of restaurants and the excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service and exceptional food ! ! ! ! ! For every event I have at my hospital job. I ask for three menus whether it be buffet, box, GF, V, etc. I receive 3 lovely menus and select one. on the day, they set up and label each meal appropriately, while providing a butcher paper table covering. I have used them for over a decade and will continue to do so.
Spork is a lifesaver, they always deliver amazing quality food with awesome service. We use Spork on a weekly basis and truly have never had an issue. Thanks for everything you do!

Spork Bytes CAME THROUGH with our wedding!! First of all, I have to mention that Tim and his team went above and beyond for our wedding. Not only they helped us with catering great food but they set up the venue for us, helped with all the details, and always had a quick communication with us. As a bride, I didn't even have to worry about Food, set up and/or details the whole time.. We can't thank enough.. we will recommend Spork Bytes to all our friends and family!!
